Quiet location, had a fridge, coffee maker.

There was no trash bin in the room

10 mins walk to hbf and close to leopaldstrasse u Bahn. Friendly staff . Lots of food places near the hotel

Bed was uncomfortable and no lift at the hotel.

There was a cigarette butt in the toilet. The heating didn't work. Please, during the cold months, improve that. Consider putting a kettle for heating the water, when there is a tea. And there was a coffee, but not coffee machine. Then, these are useless

I reserved and paid online from booking com however at the reception told us it was not paid and paid double. Then they told me booking.com will return back money however no money is paid back to me. I paid twice really weird.

Really it’s very very very bad hotel, you can’t imagine how bad it’s, no wifi , no telephone, no service room, no elevator,toilets broken,very dirty.next time if i sleep in the road it’s better to stay in this hotel.

I had spacious room with 2 beds, full size wardrobe, fridge, desk, TV, complimentary coffee, tea and toiletries. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is located on approx. 15 minutes walking distance from the Central Train Station, with plenty of restaurants, Cafes and Grocery Stores nearby. Great price-quality ratio.

No Lift in the building. Hot water was running for very short period of time each time I took a shower. There were no spoons or sticks to mix the sugar in the coffee or tea.

Staff were super friendly - and helpful (asked to leave the car in their garage for half a day to visit Dortmund, and it was perfectly fine). Hotel drei kronen is on walking distance of a free beer brewing museum, and the city centre of Dortmund. Spatious, clean rooms.

No internet at all in our room, bad isolation with other rooms and toilets. The hotel in general is ok but i think that is too expensive for what it offers

The walls are thinner than paper and you can hear what’s going on in the next room. Probably not their fault, but the next door people were screaming and using drugs the whole night

Awful hotel

The room was dark and very cold, and dirty, I found hair after shaving from the previous guests at the shelf of the mirror in the bathroom. This was the most awful hotel I have ever experienced in Europe. The sound from the neighbouring room during night, loud sex noise from neighbouring room disturbed me a lot and it was disgusting night. Some visitors were walking and knocking the doors in the hall, endless noise made me feel sad.

Going out of the hotel .

Well the shower you needed a ladder to climb up into the shower cubicle, bizarre. The room looked like one of them places al queda would take western hostages and make them speak to a camera and tell everyone they we're been looked after. Dodgy area.

The staff was kind, neighbourhood was in a street with a lot of Turkish restaurants.

We booked a room for 4 people but we were put in a hostel room. It was not wat we expected. The room smelled bad. It was way overpriced even when the football was on. 1935 euro for 1 night!! I expected at least a clean bed without stains

Very close to the town centre. With very serure car park. Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet.

Good location. Walking distance from railway. Delicious Turkish food nearby. Large, unusual rooms

Very 1970s vibe, quite fun in a way but does feel dated. Room was dark.

The room was more of an apartment, which has made our stay very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Facilities were OK, everything as advertised.

No problems at all.

Everything else was good enough.but didn’t get good sleep since the Pillow was not good plus Blanket were too small.Night passed just in adjusting myself.
