Hotel Esplanade Dortmund

The first impressions on entering is that one can feel relaxed to be there, the personnel is outstanding, near the centre with its amenities and to the train station. Internet is stable and performante (in De it's a huge point).

The pillow are really not what I consider "comfy" but I believe it's something quite common in De.

near city center

there is no restaurant inside to have a diner

Location, stuff, clean

Elevator need maintenance Normal water to be available at rooms

Perfect location by the train station. Central to everything. Exceptional staff. Cozy quiet room.

Position is great, very clean, great breakfast, super friendly staff

Friendly staff, good location near train station.

House keeping only once a week, water leakage in toilets, mirror placement too high. Room accessibility was a bit strange and corridor felt claustrophobic

- the location of the Hotel is very nice; u only have few meters and u're in the middle of the city center and walking zone- the receptionist team was very kindly- the room is clean and size is ok (don't book a room to the main street side, there is a lot of noise during the night, a few crazy people always testing their cars)- breakfast ist very good- check out procedure very fast (online)- 2 E vehicle loading stations in front of the Hotel

- parking space always a bit limited around, in worst case u have to park in the big parking garage, that is 5 min to walk

Very cosy central place with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel very clean and close to city centre. The staff very nice .even they upgraded my room for free .

Great location, professional staff. Very very nice sauna!

Quirky hotel with nice staff and really comfortable beds. Very good value for money. Fairly central to Dortmund's town centre and train station.

The location and the small but nice gym

Loads of problems when checking in concerning our choice of room not being noted. Lots of extra charges, some of them turned out to be wrong in the end. The Breakfast was not complete, we had ro ask for many things and then wait for those things to be refilled

There is a lot of attention to detail which means that 'extra services' like the sauna are a full wellness experience and a 'mineworker' themed room is executed into the tiniest details. This large family-owned hotel therefore felt really homely (if you have a four star home) and I immediately booked for another night.

The family run hotel is really welcoming and the staff are attentive. I had a large and comfortable inner courtyard room. The breakfast is good with some vegan products. Near the main railway station and a short walk to city centre.

The sauna was clean and new.

The room was very noisy (street and elevator); the sauna's relaxation area was too hot; the gym lacked fresh air.

Just got back from a week at OLYN Villas in Nikiti, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The villa itself is beautifully designed—modern, clean lines with a lot of natural light, and the view of the Aegean Sea from the terrace is something else. The infinity pool was a highlight; spending afternoons there was incredibly relaxing. The amenities were top-notch. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The place was spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful, offering great local tips. The location is peaceful, away from the hustle, but still close enough to Nikiti town for restaurants and shops.Overall, OLYN Villas provided a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful surroundings, this is a great choice.

Location is great, less than 10 mins walk from Dortmund Hbf, close to city centre, restaurantsStaff is friendlyRoom is spacious and cleanWifi is good

Bathroom is a bit weary, The drainage of bathroom is not great

Everything was great—perfect location for exploring the city, friendly staff, and a clean, well-maintained room. Pet friendly is a plus

The room was spotless, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the hotel's central location made exploring the city easy. Plus, it's pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, modern room
