Cons -
- There was no a/c in my room. The window did not do anything to help. It was 50 f out side and my room felt like a stuffy 80 f. They gave me a fan which barely helped. There was only hair and body combo soap and no conditioner. Bar was closed.

A wonderful, varied breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious. Professional service.
A bit pricey. Similar quality accommodation in other countries is 30% cheaper.
Good location close by event hal and BVB, good choice of breakfast
Scammera
It's truly scandalous how they treat people who book the wrong way. I changed the wrong booking to the correct one within minutes, and yet I still have to pay €250 for not showing up. Bunch of scammers.
The restaurant. Breakfast ok and lunch/dinner excellent. Room as expected.
Wifi to bad! Had to use my 5g mobile instead.
Great staff, very friendly and efficient. The hotel is in a great location for Westfalenhallen. Food at the hotel is fantastic. Rooms very clean and comfortable.
No complaints whatsoever.
the location was really good close to the stadium and the christmas markets
could do with extra pillows in the room

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean and with a lot of space to put your stuff. I had to attend the dog show and the hotel is really very close.
I was cold at night and there was no additional blanket.I had to charge my electric car: the parking place were the charging station is was very difficult to access
Great friendly staff .

It’s near Signal Iduna Park, if you want to watch football games, it’s a good choice. The staff is very friendly. I found the security box didn’t work in my room, the staff helped me fix it soon.Room is clean and breakfast is delicious, good experience.
so welcoming. it was for the Euro football semi final and the hotel could not have been more supportive of the fans
no air con but that didn’t matter
Staff were great ( the lady who previously lived in London for 5 years was excellent)
No air con in room. Bed and pillows not that good.

Top location for EURO 2024, 12 min walk to the stadium, stayed for 2 nights, and everything was fine. Room was comfortable, big and clean. Excellent shower/bathroom! The restaurant was amazing. I loved the food during breakfast and had a dinner
There is no hard soap in the bathroom, and a pair of hotel slippers would be nice, too.

Pleasant
Windows on the road side are not isolated against noise. At 6am cars noises are too high.
