Cons -
- Have NO Negative comments, everyone was very efficient and helpful. Great Place, Great People.
- The first room was very cold, we had to change rooms as it was not possible to heat it. The breakfast not included in price is too expensive. The price in the reception is much more expensive than what you get in booking.com or other sites.
- Meaning was to have a stay during Dortmund vs. Juventus and have parking with hotel. Parking was closed for unknown reasons which made our journey complicated….

Only stayed one night, couldn’t have chosen a better place. Really friendly and helpful staff, a few minutes into city, great facilities, exceeded our expectations hoping to travel back next year and will be looking to stay here again. Would recommend staying here.
The room was really spacious and the toilet was nicely lit and clean.
The room was rather dark and no power outlet next the bed, however in total was a very good property for such price.
Very clean and very friendly staff, great food
No plug for charging on the bedside table between the beds
Very nice Hotel, nice position and interesting facilities
The propriety was unable to arrange a double room with one king bed but I got room with 2 separate beds although reservation was done months upfront.
Very good location, decent rooms, clean with a good above average continental breakfast.Super friendly staff and an above average restaurant.
Just the location
Everything , rooms are old and nothing justify the 475 euro per night , no one comes to change sheets towels or clean , that’s super shocking for such a price
The location of the hotel was perfect, the staff couldn't be nicer and we could use the parking garage as well, very convenient. The room was clean and comfortably big, the bed was really spacious & nice, and we enjoyed the breakfast spread too.
The bathroom could've been a tiny bit cleaner & more fitted, we had half empty bottles of body wash & hand wash & only one roll of TP at first, but everything else was really great.
Fantastic location right next to the Westfahlenhallen where I went for ComicCon. The staff were very friendly, the room comfortable, clean and elegant, and there was a beautiful Christmas tree in the foyer. And, last but certainly not least, there were great vegan options at breakfast, something every other hotel I‘ve stayed in was sorely lacking. For this alone I‘d have given the best review possible. Thank you for thinking of your vegan guests!
Very good hotel . A few steps to Messe Dortmund. Very Good breakfast, comfy room, nice staff. Parking available on site.
Quite limited à la carte selection.
Pleasant
shower - old and poorly functioningsoundproof could be betterno stairs near elevator, had to wait to get one floor down
Perfect locationGood bar
We didnt get the room that we had booked and the room we got was not great….Parking is a huge problem if there is a football match or any thing else going on in the arena! Space in the Hotel garage can‘t be reserved or guarantied!
Comfortable and clean rooms, great breakfast, location and parking space.
The parking was expensive 20 Euros per night.

location for football stadium, staff
spa was shocking, very disappointing we booked this hotel for spa facilities & could not use anything, for a 4* hotel it was awful
Location is very close to the convention center. Room was decent and breakfast met our expectations.
Even we we have paid in advance and lost a day due to problems with the airline when we arrived the room that belong to us was "Flooded" so we had to stay overnight in another hotel.

Room was very comfortable and quiet. All contacts with the hotel staff were very pleasant. The breakfast selections were varied and quite good.
