Moods Hotel Dortmund

Great hotel in good location with awesome friendly and accommodating staff. I enjoyed my stay.

I liked everything.

The breakfast was really good and it had a bit of everything. We ate breakfast daily and it satisfied our hunger for the entire day. The location was great: a quiet place and we loved to walk in the neighbourhood. The staff was welcoming and they even allowed us really early booking. The rooms looked great and the bathroom was modern and clean.

There was a spider in the upper corner of the room.

The hotel is next to the main street but the rooms are very quiet. The breakfast was rich and with a good selection of food.

Clean, modern, tidy, good breakfast

Modern hotel very clean dog friendly next to the main road you can’t hear cars passing by so that was a bonus for good night sleep, friendly staff lovely continental breakfast.

Staff was very helpful. Bathrooms were spotless and the shower was roomy with excellent water pressure

A bit noisy at the reception but not an issue

Free parking outside the hotel, good location close to the metro. Modern rooms in a nice area of the city. Locker storage for suitcases was a good idea.

Tea/coffee machine would have been great

Very poor

The room smelled unpleasantly of cigarettes and alcohol mixed with air freshener. Thin summer duvet. We got cold at night. The towels are also not fresh. One of the least pleasant hotels we stayed in. I don't recommend it

Location perfect, everything spotlessly clean, great parking, staff very helpful

It was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It did not have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

overall was expected, good.

I did not like the fact that when wanting to extend my stay I have asked the staff and being told there are no rooms for the extended 2 days I was asking. I was able to find rooms on Booking.com however not able to extend it from mobile app. So I had to do it via another website unfortunately. Response from the staff after booking the room was "oh glad you managed to do it"....same person who told us there were no rooms on no platforms despite our efforts to explain.

The room was super clean, and I was really happy about it. While the room was basic, it had everything I needed. It felt as though I was the first person to stay there (even though the hotel has been around for two years), which speaks to the exceptional level of maintenance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I checked-in quite late, and parking was a bit of a challenge. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable for me, but overall, I’m very satisfied. The location was ideal for my needs, the room was sound proof (the hotel is close to a main road, so as long as the window was closed of course), the cleanliness, friendly staff, and reasonable price (~70 Euros for a queen bed room) made it a great experience. I’ve already booked my next stay. Thank you! :)

The bed, the parking.

Great location, very friendly staff, clean room and very comfortable bed!

Great location, literally next to the motorway! Nice family room with big bathroom! Very good quality service. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, easy transport around it. Nice and clean rooms. Friendly stuff

Clean room with comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. Hotel is dogfriendly ?

Uber drivers could not easily find the hotel. A few of the front desk staff were not motivated to work. Perhaps because it was a busy time with the Eurocup.

Great location. Excellent breakfast. Clean, very modern hotel. Comfortable well appointed room.

Would benefit from a more prominent sign on the road.Shame that there wasn't a restaurant in the hotel.

Clean, quiet hotel located a short train ride out of the old town

The hotel is well situated. The city center can easily be accessed by the tram that stops near the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet. Attentive, friendly and helpful staff.

Sometimes the hotel car park was fully occupied, but parking was still available in the streets nearby. The chair in the room was outworn and need to be replacement.
