Very nice staff, right in the middle of the city

Our room did not have air conditioning. With the window closed acceptable noise level. With window opened, traffic is loud

The location (next to Dortmund's Konzerthaus), the room was perfect and appropiate to what I needed. The staff was very kind.

Location, friendliness and good value for the money

Not a big issue but the bathtub was a little bit high to step in.

Prime location. The hotel was very clean, comfy beds, no noise even though my room faced the streets. You can do everything by foot. Flixbus stops just around the corner. I would like to thank the hotel staff Nura, Muhamad for being so kind and helpful. The breakfast was top! Gabi was the best meeter and greeter. Will definitely return.

The main elevator is not working, and housekeeping not regularly cleaning room

Staff were great, organised parking, arranged upgrade due to one of 2 rooms having plumbing issue from kast occupants. Location great.

The hotel is a very short walk from the cental station so very well located, but yet my room was facing away from the main road and quiet at night. There was a reasonable selection at breakfast including a couple of hot items each day. The staff were all friendly and helpful and I found the luggage storage at reception useful on my final day. This a functional hotel rather than a luxury one, but my room contained all I needed for a short stay and I was perfectly happy with what I got for the price I paid.

I received some phishing Whatsapp messages claiming to be from the hotel before arrival. The receptionist confirmed that the hotel was subject to a hacking attack earlier in the year, but believes that all information is secure going forward.

Room was comfortable and warm. Great shower, room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful. Close to the centre, would definitely return.

This apartment is very spacious and good for a family. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary tools, and the location is excellent.

The Wi-Fi was very weak and kept disconnecting, and the TV couldn't be used for streaming. I also couldn't access the terrace because the door was not open.On top of that, the cleanliness could be better. The room didn't feel very clean, and I noticed hair in the shower.Adding to the problems, there was a lot of noise from the street which made it difficult to sleep.

On the edge of downtown, cheaper, easy to walk to shops, etc,… good bfast.

Street and parking lot parking only, none on premises. Not the end of the world.

Great location - close to the train station and city center. The bus stop is also nearby, which made it very easy to get to the airport by bus and travel to other cities by train. I felt safe during my stay. The hotel kindly accommodated my request for two rooms next to each other.

The room was clean, but there was a musty smell, and it needed to be aired frequently.

great comfy room with nice view. Vey close to the central train station, but it has serious soundproofing, couldn't hear the trains at all.

The apartment sliders would not open to terrace.Internet would not connect to TV and no response from reception via messenger.

In 5-10 minutes from the train station in the city centre. Clean room. Good personal.

Three big rooms for 5 of us. Kitchen is big with lots of space. Close to train station, and we stored our luggage after checked out, which helped a lot.

Good location just a few mins walk from the train station. Decent price and clean rooms.Breakfast was ok and pretty cheap.

No air con, so it was hotter than the sun. Room fan would be a nice addition as it was very hard to sleep.Also was told I hadn’t paid when I arrived to check in but I had paid through booking. Luckily I saved the email with proof of payment and had my bank app to show it, but it’s still not ideal. Reception not always staffed.

Everything was clean. The chair was more comfortable than other hotels, so it was good for working at the hotel.

Note that cleaning and change of towels and bed sheets will not be provided for stays of less than one week.

The room was compact but excellently maintained with a larger than usual single bed that was very comfortable. WiFi was excellent and connected easily. It is well located only a seven-minute walk from the train station. There were plenty of power points available and a good work desk. The bathroom was smallish but perfectly clean and functional with an excellent shower. Good flat-screen TV but without English-language channels. A REWE supermarket is about a five-minute walk. It advertises a fridge ... but read on ...

There is a fridge advertised (it proved to be a small unstacked mini-bar fridge) and I needed to use it, but it appeared not to be operating though power was connected. I immediately pointed this out to the staff member on duty who advised me that is was working but that Germans like their beer at room temperature and so it was set to room temperature. I had a fridge that operated at room temperature. I pointed out the absurdity of this situation but the staff member, doubtless under orders from superiors, persisted with this fantasy. I thought I had stumbled into a Monty Python sketch and could not help laughing. The fridge was not dead, I was assured. Any moment I expected to hear that it was "pining for the fjords!" Just be aware, if you desire to use the advertised fridge, be prepared for it to "operate" at room temperature. Really!
