Great location, right next to the Westfalen Stadium, about 35 minut walk to the city centre.

It was clean and quite and everyone were friendly
Overall was great, just would have been nice to have plugs on both sides of the beds
Staff is very friendly. Location is great if you visit Dortmund to watch football or concert. Room is clean and comfortable.
No water, cafe in the room. It's a bit warm but for the price, it's acceptable!
Close to the stadium!Easy access to train.
Room was rather small, but we were ok.
Location
I was witness of really disrespectful moment on the breakfast time to a guest, 3 staff members were indescribable rude to a lady, screaming and ignoring a lady because she just wanted to know why they unplugged the toaster!
Pretty much a short walk to Borussia Dortmund Signal Iduna stadium if that's the main reason you're there for and it's also just right next to the train station so it's convenient enough to get around the city as well
Very good location. Metro station about 100 metres. Bvb stadion about 700 metres. Rooms were clean and comfortable. ??
Check in was at 15:00 . We arrived at 12:00 . Our room was free and ready but, reception charged us 20 euro for early check in. We were not allowed to wait in the lobby, If we didnt wanted to check in early. . For this attitude i will not go back to that hotel!! ;)
NOTHING!!!
If your flight is late night, DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! we have arrived here at 02:00 and they have some machine for auto check-in which had not our booking confirmation data and doesnt responding us which cause us to left without hotel and sleep fore more than 2-3 hours, after that we booked another room!!! so dissapointed!! DO NOT RECOMMEND to risk your trip with this HOTEL!!!
Located close to conference centre, football stadium and tram/train stations.
No bar just automat machines
Location
Very small beds and only 30cm between beds. Room too hot and ac not cooling.
Clean and easy to find basic hotel perfect for one night.
The check in and check out process is hysterical and very poor.
location is perfect. you have the metro/tram and in 4 stops you’re at the city center
