Being charged twice for a room. Being charged randomly 6 euroes for which the staff had no idea what it was for.

Every clean, friendly staff. Beautiful rooms and lobby. Great facilities

Friendly staff.Excellent breakfast

Close to noisy roads. Nowhere to get lunch. Sandwiches in fridge looked unappealing and had been the same ones for the 4 day stay

Breakfast was nice and provided a great variety of food types. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant one night during our stay and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The Smash Burger and fries were very good!

I wish the pool has been just a little bit warmer...but we did enjoy our time in the pool!

Great and clean place.Gym, Pool, sauna, bar and coffee downstairs.

The €20 parking could be included into the price.And second day the internet was down, I guess - it happens…

New, clean and good breakfast

Swimming pool extremely cold, sauna was unisex and no obligation to use clothes, quite strange, also the room was very noisy from the road behind

Amazing friendly staff, even gave my wife a gift on her 30th birthday. They truly go above and beyond

Gym was a little small but let’s face it- if that’s my only niggle the place is amazing

A bit too expensive.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, great room and facilities, the bed is nice, the bathroom is perfect, breakfast is really fantastic. I would certainly recommend this hotel, and i only have positive feedback except for the small attention points below

i like a little bit more heating in the room, and be aware when charging the car on the parking to unplug on time to avoid extra charges

There is not much choice on the breakfast and they have to pay €20 for the garage and the hotel outside the city should be normal free

Breakfast was good, room was clean, appreciated the 24/7 available snacks in the lobby. Restaurant/bar area was nice.

No complaints, the stay was exactly as expected and advertised.

Their breakfast, because it’s always the same breakfast no chicken or turkey. Always pork egg beans and etc

Absolutely great that you can bring your dog! We arrived late and left early as we were passing through and it's a great stop for travelling, close enough to the motorway.

There are so many extras, just include breakfast in the price for example and include parking. We arrived late and while the bar was still open no one came to serve us, we waited for a long time. Other people were there as well but no staff was seen.

Our room was smelly. Breakfast was not really tasty.

Bed is good and spacious room

Only hot water was coming in wash basin and reported twice. Seemed fixed but the problem kept on arising. .

Everything was incredible. The lady on reception was very friendly and very welcoming, the facilities were amazing, hotel was beautiful, charger point for electric cars too.

The parking price seemed a bit over the top.
