I made the reservation for my colleagues, who had to sleep in a van for the whole of first night because their self-check-in sistem didn't work. Nobody answered on their phone or e-mail so there is no safety in place for this kind of situation.

Very good breakfast and very clean rooms.

We needed to fridge but we didn’t have in the room.

Clean, close to Dortmund city centre with a unique feel to the area and accessible travel. Spacious rooms. Team were really accommodating with our travel after disruption to our arrival time.

The staff was friendly

Vending machine in lobby was broken, it was taking my money and not giving out the product. When staff was told they said to just not use it.WiFi was not working for the majority of the stay.Location is very remote

Quiet room. Free coffee in the morning. Close to motorway.

Mattress was just ok. I recommend to replace soon ;-)

Nice staff, good coffee, good shower, good comfy bed, parking. Security door in the evening.

The carpet was old and full of stains. I did not walk barefoot.

The staff was super friendly, approachable and helpful. Room was huge, very clean, bed comfortable, fast Internet and the water pressure in the shower excellent.The location is lovely, feels you are in the middle of the nature, although not quite easily reachable by public transport, nowadays with all the construction works especially at night.

I do not feel like we were in Styles ( when compared to Ibis styles konstanz ), It is a very basic hotel.2 rooms connected for a family stay is unexpected.Breakfast has no good options , Saturday we picked the best suitable food, Sunday the breakfast count was almost empty most of our solid food are not present, no fresh bead on both days , except there is a bread toaster and mini corsont.

For us, excellent location beside motorway with secure parking and dog friendly.Exceptionally friendly and helpful receptionist. The wall art caught our attention, one side of room covered by modern interpretation of "Girl with a pearl ear ring".

The room was tiny, with the bed in the middle of the room. Barely space to move around at all. Only one chair, no kettle or drinks. The dog .managed better because he could move about under the bed!

Lovely room, great for a night stay over, very clean and comfortable beds.

It was perfectly situated for our trip. It is close to the motorway. The room was simple but very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

For me as a vegan, there weren't many choices for breakfast.

Quiet, top location when on the move. Much value for the money. NB: Bring your own kettle :-)

Although situated right beside the motorway the hotel is calm and has a local feel. The way it has been built into an old factory building is impressive (and does not show well on photos). Staff was very friendly. For breakfast outside the hotel there are several local bakeries within a 5 minute drive providing the basics at low cost. Price-quality ratio of the hotel hardly beatable.

Well, it is really basic. The mattress is placed on an inflexible board and not very high. Sleeping was basically like sleeping directly on the floor. Not being a camper, I am not used to it and did not sleep particularly well.

Location close to the highway, good for transit overnight stay.Fair rate, good value for the money.Nice staff.Perfect size room, clean and in super conditions with all the needed facilities.

Beds could use a top madras as we could feel the springs in the madras.

Everything was overall ok the staff was nice and despite the hotel being near the highway you cannot hear the traffic! This is a very big++
