The location could not be better. The food in the dining room and the breakfast buffet were top notch. The staff was exceptional and I always felt welcome and appreciated. The room was quiet and very comfortable.

I initially booked a twin room. Although it had an exceptional view of the historic square, I decided after one night I really needed a larger bed. I moved to another room and was very comfortable although, sadly, I lost my view.

We really loved the place! It was clean, comfortable, and the service was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is simply perfect — close to everything. Highly recommended!

Tub shower with high stepover and shower enclosure covers less than half, leading to wet floors. When will these European hotels start providing an enclosed shower?

The breakfast was excellent. The presentation as well as the food was great. We ate dinner at the restaurant both nights of our stay as the food, presentation and service were outstanding. The location couldn’t be any better with 3 UNESCO sites out our room windows. The town was walkable but quiet at night as the hotel is on the main square. This hotel and town are a hidden gem in Slovakia.

it was ok, however, a bit overpriced for this hotel category. no airconditionin, which migh be a problem in hot summer nights and days.

Lovely building right on a beautiful, historic square. The restaurant and breakfast options were reasonably priced and of a good quality.

Lovely warm welcome from Theresa at reception. Spacious room on top/3rd floor with lift, bath/shower, tea/coffee making and mini fridge. Easy parking, beautiful setting, hotel right on the square. Enjoyed evening drinks on the patio in this stunning location. Highly recommend.

The Hotel is right in the middle of the square, opposite the Town Hall & the Basilica.The staff are exceedingly friendly and the rooms ultra comfortable.Furthermore the food is excellent.

Nothing - everything was great!

The accomodation was in the very centre of the beutiful town of Levice, facing the main squere. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The personel was helpful and frienfdly. There was a restaurant in the hotel which was open (kitchen) until 21 h and served good food. breakfast was also good. Parking was avaiable in the yard of the hotel. Good value for money.

The TV provided mostly local but only limited number of international channels.

Fantastic breakfast and dinner, - so do not miss the restaurant! We had great fun in the Halloween party. They did everything and more to make our stay enjoyable.

The location in the Old Town was perfect. It's a 15th C building that has been beautifully remodeled. My room was lovely, and it had news channels in English. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant, where I had dinner seemed to be the best in town.

There was only one usable outlet. I had to unplug a lamp, to charge things, and then unplug my charger to use the kettle.

It’s in a great location, the bed was very comfortable and the staff fantastic.

Beautiful, historic hotel in the centre of the lovely town of Levoca. Excellent value for money. Food and service in the restaurant was great and very affordable. Room was huge, with well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly. Bus station was just a short walk from the hotel.

Wifi connection was slow and kept disconnecting. Spa facilities were closed whilst visiting, although use of them is charged per person and timed. More help and information with booking day trips would be helpful.

The staff, restaurant, and the accommodations were excellent. What a lovely hotel and town. I would highly recommend people visit Levoca.
