Hotel Arkada

The staff were very helpful, willing to advise and accommodate. The restaurant was also able to adapt meals to dietary restrictions for health reasons. And the view directly onto the city center was amazing.

Location and staff

Bed and pillows were dirty from below the bed covers.

Beautiful central place to stay. Very reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Very spacious room.

Water in the shower wasn't hot enough to our liking, be it in the morning or the evening.

Excellent location on beautiful town square, restaurant was very nice, staff very accommodating and nice. The lady at reception was very sweet!

A fantastic hotel, rooms are very comfortable and look much better than in the pictures! Moreover, as this was low season we got much larger rooms without having to pay for them.

Great location and spacious luxury room like apartment .

Very nice staff! The room and hotel were really nice! Clean! Heated floors - which was amazing! And our bathroom was great too!

This is a superb hotel in the best location in the old town. Compliments to the staff at the reception. Very nice, spacious and modern room. We did not have the breakfast here so can not comment on this. However we did have our dinner at the hotel restaurant which was just lovely. It is not possible to fault the hotel at all. Great value for the money!

Better pillows, but maybe it's a local preference :)

I loved the historical wibe and the staff was really very warm and making me feel welcome. The hotel is slightly old-school, but very comfortable.

Top locatiw, top bediening, top kamner

Fantastic room, suite, overlooking the square, clean and comfortable, excellent staff, friendly and helpful, lovely hotel in a good location in a beautiful historic town. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Some more coffee and sugars in the room.

Fabulous location in the centre of Levoca overlooking the main attractions. Hotel and rooms were impeccably clean and smart. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Very clean, excellent location and the lady at the reception was super kind, very welcoming.

The room was quite hot, would be nice to have aircondition.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing room with view on the square. We would certainly recommend staying here.

Location is perfect. Staff was friendly. Spacious rooms.

Old furniture.

We got a huge. I say huge, very clean historic room with marvellous interior. Have never seen anything like it before, a pearl. Very nice man in the reception who led us to the room and gave us the information we needed. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. Modern big bathroom. View over the historic square from the room windows. Plenty of parking just outside the front door (free evenings and night as I remember). Quiet area.

It is a great place to stay at! The lady at the reception was kind, the breakfast was excellent! The room was clean and its size was way bigger than expected! We loved staying here!

Unfortunately , the wellness was out of service.

Cozy and charming historic room. Location is perfect - directly across the main sights in the city center. New bathroom. Good breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel is wonderful, the restaurant downstairs was delicious and the hot was so nice - it was pleasure to meet him!

Nothing!
