Horrible Hotel , bad quality service

Old Facilities & run-of-house rooms. 3 Floors no Lift . Cold & terrible breakfast

Great shower and they provided a bagged breakfast to go for each of us since we were leaving before breakfast was served.

Room very small. I like firm mattresses, but this one feel like a wooden slab wrapped with a few layers of flannel. Housekeeping entered room prior to check out while I was in the bathroom. I don’t think I heard an apology.

This is a true hotel with perfect parking lot and also ideal location. Literally everything is so close and within the walking distance. Hotel has wonderful and ready to assist staff that excels in every aspect. The whole hotel is clean and properly maintained. Wonderful base to explore amazing Bardejov that has so much to offer to its visitor. One of my favorite places in Slovakia and I have visited them many.

The only tiny drawback was the size of the bed in the twin room where I stayed. The bed was really too narrow and its concept was more like a hospital than a hotel style. In any case, a minor detail that does not affect the entire positive experience.

Room was adequate in size for one person, clean, private bathroom. Good breakfast in breakfast room. Pleasant and helpful staff. Location good for exploring the old city and getting to the castle and area around it.

Location good and central for exploring old town, but on a pedestrian street. My room faced the street and there was quite a bit of noise from the street that went on late into the night.

The breakfest was good. The location near the old town was perfect. It was easy and free to park in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were small. The room could have been cleaner. There were couple of machines at the gym.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights in January. Very clean. Amazing customer service. Good value. Central location. Sauna inside the hotel.

No kettle and hairdryer in a room. But when I needed, the reception provided me a hairdryer.

The hotel is in the centre and 20 minutes walk from the railway station. The room is nice, an electric kettle would make it perfect. The air conditioner is situated in the right place (above the entrance door) . I didn't use it but in summer it would be useful. A good brekfast is served, costs 3 euro.

The room was quite large and the beds were quite comfortable; while the bathroom was okay at best. It is an old hotel structure, but wi-fi was good. Regarding location, the hotel is very close to the main square. Breakfast was quite nice with plenty of options.The hotel bar was also quite nice if you wanted to rest for a bit, see some people and have a drink.

Given it's an old hotel structure, the bathroom okay, but water would leak from the shower.

I didn't like at all that the maximum time we can stay out is 11:30 pm, or the door will be closed. We have the freedom to arrive at any hour we want. When I was later than 11:30 I knocked the door to open and they were a bit upset in the reception

Clean, well managed hotel in an excellent location close to the impressive old town square. Buffet breakfast very good. Would definitely stay again if in town.

Location is just a few blocks from the town square, a 20 minute walk from the bus station, and close to a number of restaurants. Room has a refrigerator and a good shower. Breakfast was also very good. Staff spoke little English, but were friendly and helpful.

To be honest, nothing about the stay was bad.

Delicious and cheap breakfast, comfortable room with A/C, TV... Good location near city centre and fountain... We had apartment with big bathroom, bedroom and big living room, with 2 A/C units, comfortable carpet and everything was clean... With bathtub and shower... Staff is friendly...

The location is right across street from the historical old town. There are plenty of private free parking. The staff spoke very good English and very helpful. The breakfast is good.
