The hotel is an excellent base location for exploring the Tatra, Gorce and Pieniny mountains and very conveniently located just opposite the train station. The room facilities and service were average, although the pool was a lovely bonus.

While I can't fault restaurant service at breakfast, we were consistently disappointed with the dinner service - the wait exceeded an hour even when we were the only table there, it was difficult to locate staff to check on our food and the food itself was quite bland and very average. Also, the air-conditioning in our room was locked and could not be switched on even though we were travelling in the middle of a heatwave, which was a significant downside - the benefit of being right next to the train station turns into a significant downside when you have to keep the window open all night and keep getting woken up by passing trains.

Pool and breakfast were ok.

Really everything else was terrible. The rooms were hot and there was no AC. we had to sleep in 29 C, with windows open and then you heard every train as the hotel is next to the train station. There was only 1 towel per person (no hand towel). Wellness costs extra money, you are free to use the pool and the jacuzzi, but sauna is extra. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere at the edge of a town of no interest. And on top of it all, it wasn’t even clean — there were breadcrumbs on the floor. Very very sad experience for quite a lot of money for a family of four (around 1000 zl for one night)

All leisure facilities over run by under 16's, most of which unsupervised. Swimming pool like a zoo. No set time for adults, although reception stated no children after 6pm No manager on the premises apparently

Hotel has several advantages, great location, very good restaurant and breakfast, parking, pet friendly, staff was kinda polite but very infective in problem solving. The interior is good, looks pretty and comfortable. Free swimming pool and jacuzzi.

The first issue we met, was that hotel staff completely ignored our requests and booking reservation. We had two numbers, one with king size bed, one with two separated beds, as we arrived, beds were all separated. That’s not the big issue, but still we had to wait till next evening while staff was solving this issue. Solution was like they just have put extra big matress on the two separated beds and named it king size. Also thing that we disliked is like the staff have received our complaint in the evening, but next shift was not provided with this information so we had to explain it once more. One more disappointment was in the restaurant during the breakfast. There was one staff member that was very rude and showed maximum disrespect for the customers. Third problem was in the room shower, the water kept coming, and all the floor was wet, so the shower drain was clogged. During the Sunday, we have tried to visit saunarium, but hotel ran out of towels, so that was very uncomfortable option. As that was chargeable option, it was very uncomfortable.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of tasty options. Another delightful touch was that, for New Year’s Eve, we received a bottle of Prosecco in the room courtesy of the hotel.

The room fell short in terms of cleanliness. One of the tea cups was stained from previous use, and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our check-in, evident with hair on the floor and in the shower.

Rooms were big enough. Clean. Nice swimming pool. Very good breakfast.

3 stars is not enough, it deserves at least 4! breakfast was plentiful, such good coffee is rarely served. huge playroom for the kids, nice spa with clean changing rooms

I don't like paying for the wellness, but as the hotel itself is fairly priced, so I don't have a problem with that

It was a Saturday night, the hotel was hosting some event - loud music went on until 2.30am. Not ideal for a hotel.

We liked the hotel very much. The price and quality ratio is very good. A beautiful new hotel with a pool and hot tub included in the price. Free parking. Comfortable beds and tasty rich breakfast. Everything was clean.The staff was willing and nice. We were satisfied.

The room lacks a mini bar and bathrobes. You have to pay extra for saunas. Dinner not very tasty. We reserved dinner for later time, which pleased us, but they brought it to us cold and not fresh, which we did not expect.
