Very soft mattresses

A very nice hotel, the room was big and the bed was very comfortable. One of the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in Poland. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and nice ?

As always a nice place to stay for our transit. Good restaurant and extensive breakfast.

It was very hot and almost impossible to sleep, because rooms have no air conditioning.

Breakfast was fabulous, plenty of choice. We also had a dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious.

The food in that place is excellent. I ate in many places during our holidays especially in Zakopane, but Skalny Dworek had the best cousine. Please who work there are lovely and helpful. I can highly recommend that place. Very clean room with super comfy beds.

bed had plastic undersheet which was very unpleasant and mattress getting a bit soft.

The location is great. The personnel is very helpful. They speak English. Due to the fact that the restaurant was closed for an event, they were willing to bring dinner to the room.

The interior is amazing, great staff and a very good location. The restaurant has very good food and the breakfast is amazing.

The cleaning could be improved, it wasn't so dirty but I saw over 20 spiders close to the curtains.

Some guests were partying next door till morning so had to call reception like 0330 in da morning. Otherwise all good and spot on. I could only recommend.

In Nowy Targ I always stay in this hotel. Is a typical local building with very spacious rooms.I have noted that the bathroom has been renewed, very nice.The restaurant makes delicious local dishes and the breakfast is excellent.Staff speaks very good English and gives you all the informations you need.Good parking just near the highway exit

The property had ample parking space on the site as well as bicycle parking. However, the staff were so nice as to allow me to keep my bike inside the hotel, in a room that was not being used at the time. The room I was staying in was quite spacious and so was the closet to keep my belongings. The TV in the room had a variety of Polish-speaking channels, but also a few English-speaking channels as well. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom was okay too. The breakfast was very nice, there was a buffet with a variety of food and drinks, everything I needed. All in all, definitely good value for money.

It would be nice if there were some more amenities in the room, such as a kettle, trash bin and a shower gel/shampoo dispenser in the bathroom. Also, unfortunately the room was not soundproofed at all, I could hear all the noise from the main road outside.
