Nice place and staff, good breakfast.

Great location, 10-15 min walk to all of the main central areas. Staff were very friendly, I didnt eat at the on site restaurant but at a glance felt the prices looked a bit high - there were a ton of food options within walking distance so no issue there. The bar was nice too.Room very comfortable, the bed in particular was 10/10. Great views (3rd floor) and it was perfectly quiet throughout our stay - we didnt have breakfast but our friends did and said it was great.Bonus point for flexible check out time, if you ask in advance they really will try to accommodate you.

The room we got was not the room we booked. 2beds instead of 4. The room was not made although we asked for it. Long beds but short sheets. Breakfast drinks were not replenished, the early bird gets the worm.

You have to pay €18/day for using the car park. This isn’t included in the cost of the room.

Breakfast was very good, as were the staff, where Anna was super helpful. The room was also adequate enough.

Only being made aware of the parking charges (18 Euros per day) at booking-in stage was disappointing, as this is the first time i've had to pay for parking at a hotel i was actually staying at!! How 18 Euros per day is justified, i can only imagine. The Air-conditioned room didn't function properly and had to be fixed on the second day. Lastly, the TV had no access to English or English speaking channels, which is unusual these days.

There was zero will to do anything additional. The service in the Bar was lame. We came with a group of sports players de facto booking half a floor and when we asked about skippin the hassle of paying the parking zero will to help. Asked for the manager to talk to, answer was not available on the weekend. The hotel just offers nothing more than sub average experience. Broken coffee machine during breakfast.

Everything, we had a fantastic time. The room was beautiful, clean and had lots of room. Excellent charging facilities and a great coffee machine. Hair dryer was also very good. The two ladies that worked in the bar were also amazing, friendly and attentive.

A very nice hotel at a great location. Easy to find and just a short, nice walk through the park along the Pader to the centre of the town. The hotel looks nice, warm and modern. Staff is very friendly and professional. Breakfast is very complete and well looked after by the staff. Even at very busy moments during the weekend they look every few minutes if everything is still well stocked.

Location, cleanliness

Had the same drinking glasses throughout our stay. 4 nights. Would have liked them changed every day. Paid for 4 night’s parking but for 2 nights they didn’t have parking spaces.

The beds were comfortable. Nice touch with the dog bowls and blanket.Staff in the bar very pleasant.

Coffee pods not replaced until Tues and the coffee cups not replaced at all. No English speaking TV Channels other than the French news

The bathroom is a little bit too small.

Location is a little out of the town, but accessible via a very pleasant park, alongside a river.

The toilet room door is very near to one of the bed. Room is not bright enough.

Location was good. Breakfast was pretty good as was the choice. Main meal not so. Staff were excellent and really helpful.

The only negative was the door card issue which started off as intermittent and despite reprogramming it failed completely on the last morning which delayed us by about an hour for departure as we couldn't gain access at all. Repair man came and eventually gained access but it appeared to be a whole new mechanism required and we left him to work on it once we did get inside the room to pack and leave. Luckily we were driving so no major issues time wise and the staff were really helpful and considerate. These things happen though!
