The best hotel room I ever stayed at!It was clean AF, incredibly comfortable and really spacious, I was so sad I had to stay for only 1 night.I'm definitely gonna stay again in the future and recommend it to everyone.

I liked the room and facilities. The bed was firm and conformable.

The pillow was very soft and had no shape.

Needed overnight stay while driving through Germany. Easy access to motorway, plenty of parking, clean and stylish room, good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff!

Reception hours 2pm-7pm only

pillows were horrible. travelled with a senior she was in pain first night of stay. pillow first night was a paper with a pillow case? no joke! it was not a real pillow! second night we got a contour pillow which was great!!! but to lose sleep the first night was horrible as there was no one there for check in after 9 pm so we had no choice but to be up all night in pain after a long drive and a horrible time trying to check in. we had to wait for another guest to help us get in motel key was given through a window outside.... automatically with no english.... we are tourists so it was a hard check in and with horrible sleep the first night for a two day stay ruined plans the only day there to travel sites and when we asked motel for a small 10$ refund for first night I was charged 30 euros after cancellation? other than that ....Motel location was great! right next to grocery store and good food restaurant and bakery as well its only 12 minutes from Paderborn sites and castle we visited. location is great but you must get there during check in hours or deal with consequences of any issues

did the booking via booking.com everything fine,get a mail from the hotel "creditcard not valid"try to reach them with several methods (mail /phone/website)no answer at all ,so i did go to teh hotel and the lady behind the desk told me there was a problem by the hotelso the contact was veeeerrrry dad the room PERFECT

The room had an extra sofa and the ladies at breakfast from the bakery were very nice. Yes, breakfast is available at the bakery in the same building.

No minibar. I could hear the fan from the toilette from the other room and therefore could not fall asleep until 1 am. I found hair on the bed, and it definitely wasn't mine.

Very clean and tidy, Parking for free.

It was not very soundproof and you could hear the other guests and the cleaning team vacuuming the floors at 7 in the morning..

the room was very clean and comfy. The wifi connection is extremely poor. If we were there for a business trip we would not of been able to work as the internet connection kept dropping and we could not even connect to our own wifi.

Was our first time to visit any hotel from this small chain, so did not know what to expect. We were positively surprised.Big room, all ammenities like coffee, tea, soaps, hairdryer. Very clean. You can open the windows which is a big plus for me. And very clean.Bakery in the same building. That 13.5 eur breafkast they offer at the hotel is the buffet breakfast at that bakery. You can of course go for a smaller breakfast there.

The stairs and corridors were not clean, so was worried about the room. Have no idea why no one cleans those common areas. Gives a bad first impression. Beds a a bit too soft, but ok for a night or two. For a longer stay, i would not be so comfortable.

bed is good. rooms have air conditioning. nearyby supermarket

they do room cleaning only two days once. not every day. there is no point in paying same price for every day if they don’t do room cleaning every day

Rude staff, too small bathroom (problems with using toilet) only for thin person- needed to go to shower to close doors.

Nice rooms and clean hotel. Breakfast was next door at a bakery. The food was excellent and the service was good.

Nobody was there to accommodate us. We tried to call to phone number what was on the closed main door, but no answer. We had to leave for different hotel. At the end, hotel manager excused and they didn’t charge us for storno.

It is really impossible to get into hotel outside of limited working hours on reception. You need to get the code, which will be communicated to you by phone, but phone number is not the one, which is published on booking - it is the number, which is PRINTED ON PAPER SHEET INSIDE HOTEL. So, if nobody opens a door for you - you are stuck if you booked via Booking (for direct bookings they communicate code via email)

The overall presentation of the hotel was excellent, clean ,modern and spacious.

The vending machine could do with a regular top up, there was only one beer.

It was exactly was it was said on the tin. No fuss staying. Nice facilities for a normal weekend away.

On the top floor balcony they had an in place but shattered glass barrier screen and one of the glass screens next to it slid down. Please can you get this amended soon. Kind regards.

The beds fell apart and the tv wasn’t central to the beds.

Nice and basic place ideal for short stays not so for long business. No laundry facility poor wifi makes it that way.
