Best Western Plus Arosa Hotel

It is a great location near the center of the old town. For me, it is also really nice that they have a built in garage since I drive to my office that is near the university.

I really wish they had a fitness room. Also would not mind a microwave or a non-mini bar refrigerator.

Great location, staff, room and spa facilities with pool.

It’s almost perfect. Add a ironing board and iron for business travelers and it will be perfect.

Good choice and high quality food at breakfast. There is a swimming pool on the top floor where when can do a bit of sports already very early in the morning or pretty late in the evening. The hotel location is very good, close to the downtown area with sights and shops; the central bus station is right in front of the hotel; it is within (longer) walking distance from the train station, but there are also various bus lines. Very good value for money.

If there are plenty of people, then the breakfast room might feel a bit tight.

Food in the bar was appalling, frozen and microwaved pizza! And a plate so hot it was like a radiator.

Location is perfect and the staff very freindly. The hotel is extremely clean and tidt.

The hotel has seen better days. Although we received an upgrade somebody had been smoking in the room. When we informed reception they offered to “spray” it to remove the smell. We had wanted to take breakfast but upon arrival in the restaurant we simply turned around. Over filled, under staffed and not what we would expect for this price of hotel. The way to our room was over complex and although two people were on reception when we booked in we were expected to follow a series of directions including changing floor 3 times and using two lifts.

Superior double rooms are lovely and spacious, easy walk into the town centre

Bed was large and comfortable.The actual room was very clean and made you feel very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, just enough to give you a good start for the day.The personnel from the reception, very friendly and welcoming.

The floor at the bathroom needs a better clean.

Unfortunately I was not a fan of the breakfast but it’s traditional German Faye so my issue not the hotel’s. The location was ideal for me right in the heart of the town and so easy to access from railway station

The location is great.

The air con is set at 21 degrees, can’t go any colder. I was fobbed off with a “ that’s normal for Germans” and here is a free upgrade to a room were the aircon goes down to 20.5 degrees. Safe to say I didn’t sleep in a heatwave and a room that measured 24-25 degrees. The air con is just warm air. And for a 4 star hotel it’s a bit shocking. You pay for comfort, just don’t expect I if you are in a “basic room” or a “ superior room” I gave a 4 out of 10 rating…

Most uncomfortable bedding EVER! Terrible duvet and the pillows were absolutely horrible, I had problems sleeping. Also a shame the bar was closed, we do normally enjoy the bar

Very nice staff. Location ok. Once there was a fight at the bus station next to the hotel. But felt safe all the time.

Wrong room with no window from bathroom to bedroom. And not a good view for the more expensive room as situated in 2nd floor. Cheaper rooms are at 8th floor.

Loved the shower. Immediately warm, much pressure, and very relaxing.

The air conditioning didn't really work well. Even if I turned it very low, it was still warmer in the room than outside on the floor.

We were absolutely satisfied with this hotel, everything was perfect. very clean, comfortable, in a beautiful location (our view our of the window was wonderful, the churches and the park are really nice!). The stay here is highly recommended by us.
