IntercityHotel Paderborn

Right next to the train station. Very good location. Well-equipped room.

I traveled to Paderborn in a business trip on a very snowy day. There was a chance that my trip could be cancelled. I tried to contact the staff via the Booking app, but they answered my messages bluntly and did not offer any assistance.

Everything new & clean. Very nice Bakery in first floor of building so you can spare cost for breakfast in Hotel.

Parking situation difficult.

I put a lower score for staff because I only spoke to them through booking.com app. Not in person, I self checked in with my brother. But they were on the app, very kind and accommodating to my needs and always communicated very well. Me and my brother enjoyed our room it had great views

The shower was confusing to learn the controls, mine is much simpler. But when you figure out, it's the best shower I have ever used

Clean and quiet, prime location, friendly staff.

No parking at the property. There was no kettle in the room

The location is perfect

The room service is not regular daily only every 3 days and you have to ask for it one day before by phone Also unavailability of enough pillows

The clean room and location

The staff were not skilled. The Bar was very bad.The room service was not available. Quality of Breakfast was horrible.

Clean and new

No proper parking

Fantastic hotel, ON the Paderborn Railway Station. Very good facilities, clean, great breakfast and not a sound to be heard. Lovely.

Nothing. Really. Not even the smokers and bums outside the railway station.

Location, Automatic check in counter and cleanliness

My room was connected to another room.woth a locked door and a plaster wall, and I could not sleep because of the noise from the other room. I heard every little noise, there should be better insulation. When I complained to the staff they said it's a connected family room, so there's nothing they can do. I asked them to fix the insulation for future guests but they ignored. Also, no coffee machine in the room, which for such a price they should have

It’s clean. The bed is comfortable, The shower head has a strong water flow.

Check-in at 15:00.

Great location and friendly staff

It is greatly convenient as it is just right next to train station and in a walking distance to the downtown!

Modern, very chic hotel with a great room size. Good breakfast, easy check-in and top central location. Highly recommend, great value for the price.

Excellent value considering the somewhat moderate price. located at the main train station but neither to far from central paderborn. great beads and bathroom.

Great facilities, excellent location and helpful staff.

Room can get quite hot.

The location is great, right next to the main train station and about five minutes from the city center. Quite quiet too.

Because it is an express hotel, the room is not big and there is no separate desk, so it is not convenient to use the laptop.

Nice hotel, but no parking. Was given a key to a dirty room and one elevator was not working so to get to the lobby it took 10minutes. Good breakfast

This is the best stay in town - clean, confort and with a wonderful breakfast

Wi-Fi can be faster

A lovely new hotel with excellent rooms, very clean and comfortable. Also dog friendly!

There is no car parking at the hotel, this being a few hundred yards away. The car park however is easy to find and easy to use, it is just a short walk from the hotel.

Perfect location, very clean, excellent stylish room for the low cost and nice free breakfast in the morning.

Location was very nice, very close to train station.Staff were good and helpful.Breakfast good.

When I was there it was cold and a little bit air conditioner didn't heat very well.
