Fast check-in and check out. IBIS delivers what it promises. No more, no less. No surprises. Good value for its price. Very convenient if you are a solo traveler for business that uses the room only for sleeping and bathing.

Smell of the cleaning material used in the room.

The location is acceptable, the rooms are fine, we did not have the chance to test the breakfast as it was served rather late for a business day, at 6:30

The rooms are classical IBIS; but the shower is a cage with limited space so you cannot even shower properly. As for the parking signage, that does exsit, we have turned rounds for 20 minutes. Very very dissapointing!

Everything good.Very close to history center.

Booking does not give me back my money for one night (second night). I tried several times but they were not allowed. The hotel tried to contact to booking but... They are not allowed to cancel second night. And booking can see I lived in other hotel that night!For me double price!Very badly.

The hotel is a close to bars, nightlife general store, 1-2 mins walk if that!

Driving - directions send you around in circles. The parking is horrendous ? 20£, there is a basement parking. Do Not park in the basement! Main floor is better but the door space between space is ? if you have a decent car - you’d be worried about some one smashing a dent

It was good value for money is a very central location in Paderborn

The directions to the hotels carpark are not clear, although I fear this is not the hotels fault.

Receptionist very cute and kind, room and shower a bit small but fine for one night.

We had only booked the room, no breakfast, there is a parking garage that can be booked. Staff was friendly.

Nice hotel in a good location and easy to find .five minutes walk to the bars and restaurants in the centre .car park and underground garage but 10 euros a night .

Didn't have breakfast as it was 17.50 euros .

The location is very good - just on the edge of the town centre, making it an easy walk to more or less everything you could need. The staff are all friendly and helpful, but extra credit has to go to the night porter working over the weekend; he kept the bar open until 2am for us and was incredibly friendly. We had some good conversation while he made us drinks - it was definitely the highlight of our stay.

The rooms can get incredibly warm and there's no air conditioning (a fairly standard setup in Germany, in my experience). Make sure you ask for a fan for your room as it makes a summer night much more tolerable.

Very quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast, close to old town, secure storage for bicycle.

Location of the Hotel was perfect, ideal to walk into town centre or any other local attractions. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean Hotel and Rooms.

This Hotel is screaming out to be updated. Could even go up a star or 2 if it was updated. The shower is small but powerful. No air conditioning, uncomfortable at night. Attention to detail, small repairs to be done. But I would still recommend a stay.

The checking process was slow, we were so tiredThe room is full of dust, specifically under the mattress, that by the way move a lot from the bad, like you must fix it every time.The room is tiny, not a good value for the moneyI was in a work trip, i paid for a late check out 30€ till 5pm then at 5 pm i decided to extend my stay for the night and they charged me the whole price for a night stay, they didn’t accept to refund the 30 euros of the late check out or just make the deduction from the night price. So the time from 11 am till 5 pm i paid for it twice, in the late check out price and in the night stay, i felt it like greedy action, like gold digging! I decided to change the hotel and i did the late check out again but when I’ve decided to extend my stay they gave me a refund of the late check out before asking for it, kindness must come before money.

I liked the location, the welcome by the staff at the reception, and more importantly the low price

The bathroom is too small.The rooms are not sound proof and many guests were slamming the doors over night unfortunately

Secure parking for our motorcycles, nice breakfast, room was small but adequate.

Although not advertised as having air conditioning, this would have been welcome at our time of staying.

The location of the hotel is very good as it is close to the city center. Also, there are bus stations near the hotel which gives one an opportunity to use public transport to get to different places. What is more, Paderborn main train station is not far away (about 20 min on foot).

I have no complaints.

it’s within walking distance to the old town area and the train station. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel because it is quiet, clean, and convenient. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby.

Shower is small and if you didn’t position the shower head properly, water gets out onto the bathroom floor.

The location was great. Very quiet. It is a nice place to stay for a couple of days.

Some parts of the building are worn. A remodeling is missing to modernize the facilities.
