Located within easy walking distance of the city center. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard continental style with plenty of choices on offer to start the day well. Bedroom was compact and clean but had everything needed for an overnight city stay. Hotel parking nearby cost only €4.50 per night.

I was anxious about the hotel after reading the comments. My room was in the next building which was either new or renovated. I was upgraded to larger room with a kitchenette. It was a simple, comfortable room.

I think the bathroom was not professionally designed considering hotel requirements. Smaller tiles which has grout that is hard to clean etc. Other details that would make the cleaning harder...

Small rooms, & bathroom is also very small, Bed was dirty and can not sleep comfortably. Just horrible experience.

The staff was astonishingly friendly and helpful. That made up for the rather bare-bones room. Clean and decent place to sleep on a short trip.

Good location, near town centre and shopping facilities next door. Big bed.

Only one key per room not per person. Loose door handles in the bathroom. Hot and cold tap was reversed in the shower. Wallpaper stapled to the wall in the bathroom.

Comfortable beds, great location (really central!) and friendly staff. Great value for money!

We stayed for six days, and the towels never got swapped out. It wasn't a huge deal, but fresh towels every few days would have been nice. We didn't ask for any new ones though, so maybe if we had they would have brought some.

Bathroom from the 90's, urgently needs renovation. Shower with an unhygienic plastic curtain. No proper electric sockets in the room, weird electric cords are used to distribute electricity around the room. Staff not polite at times.

I was traveling by myself. The room I stayed in was in a side building. Basic furniture, a small kitchen. Comfortable bed. Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. There is breakfast available.The location is perfect, close to the center of town and the train station.

Nice central location. 10 min walk or 1 bus ride away from hbf. 5 min walk to the city center.. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Edeka and are also available right next door.

The breakfast was nice and plenty. My room itself was good, too.

There was a bit of smell when I first came in (as if the room had not been vented for days). When I ran water in the sink to wash my hands, quickly the drain of the shower overflowed and some brownish water with a distinct smell came up from the pipes. Also, part of that water stayed in the shower as a puddle because the drain was not the lowest point in the shower basin.

I did not join breakfast. The staff of hotel is really good.

Top floor with motorcycle leathers on, not good! When I put the parking filter on the booking app I expect secure on-site parking, not public parking in the street.Also the room needs a fan or some kind of cooling in the summer.

the room was clean. also, the bathroom was clean and tidy.

I do not expect more from the sudhotel cause I reserved it just for one night and I can say it was fine as a 2 or 3 star hotel.
