- Very clean, stuff is friendly ,very cozy rooms and restaurant is wonderful.I highly recommend hotel Kaiserpfalz
- Very good
- The hotel was in a great location allowing easy travel options into Paderborn or other towns in the area. Check in was easy as was check out and the breakfast everyday was plentiful and tasty. The restaurant food in the evening was very nice as was the beer. Very friendly staff.
Cons -
- Room great size but very noisy with windows open;. warm so this was necessary.
- Lack of a lift. For seniors or families with luggage, top floor could be a challenge. We stayed for 5 nights, housekeeping was a bit lacking, for example, a kettle is provided but no tea/coffee etc to make a drink.
- Terrible pillows. Room & bathroom were small.

Quite noisy from the main road from 6am onwards. No dedicated parking spaces.
Great customer service attitude. Late arrival but bar was still open (for me).In case of late arrival arrangements are made and send by mail how to retrieve key later in the night.Cozy breakfast atmosphere.
Nothing comes to mind.
Nicely furnished and very clean rooms.Good breakfast and friendly staff
Nice location, very nice staff, lovely food in restaurant and breakfast. Spot on.
Single room basic. Should have got a double as much better. Probably the case in most hotels. Other than that could/should be a 4 star hotel.
Great welcome, very polite friendly people and service. Couldn't have been more helpful.Would certainly recommend a stay here.
No tea or coffee in the room.Nothing else to dislike!!

We got to breakfast late unfortunately. Location is great. “Mickie” at the front desk is awesome!
A later breakfast ?
The rooms are great! Very comfortable beds, and a big nice bathroom. The staff is so service minded, and the breakfast was amazing. The only reason for not 100% score is the lack of an elevator
No elevator
