It has a good location, with good facilities

The cleaning of the bathroom was not very good The breakfast was very ordinary and simple without eggs

The hostel was very organised and set out like a hotel they were relatively inviting

I didn't like the fact that when we arrived at 4:30 am we were forced to buy a breakfast being told if we didn't we needed to get out " buy a breakfast or get out" we wasn't able to check in until 1pm , they were nice enough to let us store out bags in a locker whilst we went elsewhere until check in time.Another staff member made me feel uncomfortable forcefully telling me to " enjoy my food " .I don't think they like you bringing your own food in.They allow you to get hot water for coffee and tea and let you use the microwave but you can tell they don't like it and want you spending your money.We are travellers , travelling on a budget and the hostel we was in before this one was one with a kitchen so we had shopping with us and needed to use it up , I ended up having to throw most of it because there wasn't access to a kitchen to chop fruit and vegetables or butter bread.All in a ll I enjoyed the hostel but the staff could improve of their customers services , it was unprofessional to speak to paying customers in such a rude manner.

Clean and well located

The breakfast, no choices - bread for 2 days not fresh as well as the tomatoes were presented 2 days in a row ((same product)) some vegetables can not be kept.

Facilities amazing and good breakfast included in price.

Need to fix the shower, one of them out of order.

staff was nice, room was big, breakfast and and location were ok. view from room was terrific! There was a private shower in dorms which was nice. There are big lockers as well.

There is no soap in the bathroom, though I had my own, it made me fill a bit uncomfortable about general cleanliness.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was Ok and the bed was comfy. The location is perfect. For a city as expensive as Luxembourg these is a very nice place for an affordable price.

My criticism isn't directed at the hostel itself, but at the lack of manners shown by some people who don't know how to share communal spaces like a dorm. The experience wasn't positive simply because one of the guests made all sorts of noise during the night, including answering two phone calls inside the room (one at 2 am and the other at 5 am) while everyone else was trying to sleep.

The location is a five star rate, very central. My bedroom was comfy and the view from the city was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok; not so many options. If I could make one simple suggestion, it would be to have a toaster to heat the bread.

During this stay, the only negative point was the shower. During peak hours, the water could get cold while showering.

It was completely worth the money, and most of the staffs were really nice. It was clean, and the facilities were really good.

Sometimes it felt like the staff at the kitchen were a bit impatient. And the breakfast buffet— sometimes the items weren't restocked as often. Also, the bathroom was definitely worth the money. But it could've included a hand wash— that would've been a bit nicer.

I booked 1 bed in mix dorm room, it would be perfect if each bed have private curtain

It’s in a nice city.

Location is a bit out there. Water conservation showers meant needing to push for water every 6 seconds. Shower also leaked onto floor extensively.

The prices are reasonable. Staff are friendly. If you are only coming to sleep then its value for money.

Overall staff both at the Reception and in the Restaurant, except one guy very disrespectful and using a condescending tone, lying about room availability in order to disallow entry. That one guy can damage the rating of this nice hostel because of his behavior.

The staff member wearing a cap and working at the Reception, he was there yesterday at 21:30 and also last Friday 12th of December around 13:00. That guy is disrespectful and always uses a condescending tone when addressing people, lying about room availability in order to disallow entry. I suspect that this is aimed at black people specifically.Is it disappointing to see that I get along with all personnel except him. He doesn't know how to deal with diverse customers whatsoever and I believe he's acting based on bias and prejudice.

Showers not very clean; staff not very friendly; rooms not very clean/comfortable; hostel down the cliff from downtown; breakfast included, but not the best.

The property was very neat and clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

“The location wasn’t ideal. The hostel is situated deep downhill, which is fine when checking in, but leaving with luggage is difficult because you have to climb a steep hill to reach the bus stop.

The location was ideal but rather far from the city center. The breakfast was included. The rooms were clean enough but dust under the beds.

I had trouble with my key card and had to make several trips to the reception to get help. The receptionists were a little withdrawn, engaging in conversations rather than pay attention fully to serving me.
