The Location

Everything was outdated. They didn’t have AC, room very small everything was poor.

Location is great—walking distance to the main attractions, but the hotel is right by the tram/train anyway if you prefer not to walk. The room was definitely super cozy. Also, there’s quite a fair bit of halal food nearby if you have dietary restrictions.

It is not a central but good location. Close to the train station.

The renovation and facilities in the lobby and rooms are quite old. The triple room is not comfortable for the third person. The extra bed for the third person is just a small foldable armchair.

Good area near the railway station and a short walk to the center of the city.

There is no place for short term parking on the street. So if you arrive with a car and some luggage it is very inconvenient

Amenities - there were none really - there was a mini bar and a safe which were appreciated

Decent location.

The room in particular and the hotel in general is long in the tooth. Awful bed, cramped space, lousy pillow.

It was clean, and the breakfast was good (boiled eggs, 2-3 types of ham, 3-4 types of cheese, water, juice, good cofee and tea).Price of room is acceptable compared with other hotels.

The room that I had was a little too small but ok compared with price.

A little costly

Clean, comfortable beds, convenient for those traveling by train. Close to tram and train, which are free, no cost.

Noisy, ( airplane and construction) , it was difficult to park the cars, parking spaces were very narrow. The breakfast was sufficient, but not outstanding.

The staff are super kind and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very tasty.

The location is not particularly interesting, but it's very easy and convenient to get to more interesting locations.

Breakfast is poor value for money (better to go somewhere else), beds aren't super comfy and the provided blanket is somewhat thin

location excellent, buses and trams and main railway close by, clean, staff cheerful, breakfast great.

no aircondition and it was very hot. Had to leave the windows open all night and listen to planes and neighbours chatting.

They told me check in is at 15:30 but they did not check in till 16, also room was warm without AC

Great little neighborhood hotel. Close to street side restaurants and other shops.

No AC.

Friendly and help full reception, good breakfast with frequent refills and enough space. Just two minutes from T1 tram stop. Daily room service.

Outside noisy due to restaurant and typical route of the planes from the airport above the Gare district. Too few hangers in the room for two persons.

Location, friendly, helpful with Parking and advise.

Towels were bad quality, everything else perfect.

Great location. Close to tram and trains and all local attractions.

We were staying for five days and were given what looks like the smallest room in the hotel. Limited closet space and bed was uncomfortable . Certainly over rated and not worth the money.

Location, security (key fob), safe in room, friendly staff, large comfortable room. Quick replies to my messages before and after check out, the bag storage for our check out day. Honestly Loved everything.

We loved everything truly

Lovely staff Nice room with compact bathroom.Very small towls. We were disappointed to find out at check out we could have had a kettle in our room, perhaps our fault for not asking. Needed extra pillows for bed but that's a personal preference Poor plug sockets, we had 2 in the whole roomBreakfast limited but what was available was nice with a good coffee machine WiFi patchy Great transport links on the door step which was fab!
