- Lots of unsavory people outside and LOUD nightclubs. Had to change rooms.

- Booking ahead of time you can get a nicer place for the same price. I booked this place last minute, and while it was totally adequate, I've stayed in the park inn around the corner, which is much nicer, for the same price.

Cleanliness and daily upkeep of the room
Location.
The hotel staff was nice, always smiling.
I feel like this hotel is under the usual Ibis standards, starting with the room which had dirty walls with stains on it. The breakfast was one of the poorest I've ever tried. It only had a fridge with ham, cheese and boiled eggs, nothing cooked. The worst part was that during New Year's Eve and throughout the stay, the room was cold although the heating was turned on all the time.
Windows offer good isolation from the street noise.
Walls are too thin, I could hear guests from next door room conversing. Mattress could be of better quality.
Stayed in a very central location, clean room and very welcoming staff
The location is very central with access to all public transport options and local bars / restaurants. The staff is friendly and the rooms were very clean. The airconditioning worked really well!
The bed was very hard, the room did not have a safe. The room was out of shampoo, when I asked for it to be replaced the cleaning staff did not do it. The cleaning staff did not come for room service. Had to pay 3.5 euro for coffee from a cheap machine, free coffee in a hotel is expected.
This facility was really nice. Some meter from the trsin station. The staff always was ver helpful. The room have all neccesary for your stay. And the prive was very atractive. We love everything. Luxemburg was amazing. Lovely city.
Any comment.
Excellent location for what we wanted, close to the train station and good value
Bed was a bit lumpy and the woman serving at breakfast was not coping - there was food missing, tables not cleaned and difficult to communicate with
The staff was very nice.
Even though the price is comparable to other hotels, the single bed room was SO small. I wasn't able to get my suitcase around the bed without lifting it over. There was a luggage dtand, but I had to rearrange the room in order to use it. Even then, it too up most of the free space. What I got wasn't worth what I paid.
The staff was nice, the location was close to the rail station, it was clean and tidy
The room wasn't big and the neighborhood is not the best, a little bit noisy but close to the transport
Staff was very friendly and helpful and housekeeping keeps the place nice and tidy. Our standard room was quite small (so was the bathroom) but most seemed to be in good order. Breakfast was a little basic but all we needed. Coffee and tea-facilities available in the after hours which was great. Airconditioning in the room was a big plus considering the high temperatures. The garage under the hotel is, just as they say, VERY TIGHT, so this takes some skill even in a small car.
Bedside light was physically broken but still worked. Beds seemed a little worn but still slept well. Room was next to elevator and staircase and therefore quite noisy. View out of the window was quite poor. All in all, we still had a great stay. For a somewhat budget stay I thought it to be a little pricey.
Very near the main train station, comfortable room, good breakfast, friendly staff.
Complimentary coffee in the lounge. Close to train station and places to eat.The room was cute and quiet, the bed comfortable, and I would stay there again.
The area was kind of seedy but no real issues. The room could have used a mini-fridge but the days I stayed were very hot so it might not be important other times of year.
Its very close to central train station.
but outside with pubs and bars and people drunk. I dont feel safe to walk at night going back to the hotel
Great breakfast. Friendly staff
It was in a red light seedy area.
Very clean, good breakfast, provided everything we needed.
Room was very small, but quiet and adequate overall.
The sheep everywhere are funny and cool :) great value for a price, considering we're in Luxemburg.Nice location, 5 minutes away from tram stop. (A little redlight district-ish feeling :)))
Breakfast was very, very small, and the selection was poor. Bathroom clean but very tight. One can sit on a toilet only with door opened...
Heartbroken in Luxembourg. This was likely my first and last visit to Luxembourg, and sadly, it ended in heartbreak. I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and on the morning of April 16, 2025, I accidentally left behind my most precious belonging in Room 111 — a small green turtle doll that has been with me since I was born. It’s not just a doll; it’s my first and dearest friend.I realized my mistake soon after and immediately sent an email to the hotel with a photo of the doll, followed by a phone call the next day, asking for their help to locate it and send it back to me in Thailand. Unfortunately, I received the disappointing response that nothing was found in the room. But I am 100% certain I left my doll wrapped in the blanket on the bed. I continued to email the hotel, asking if their housekeeping staff could please double-check — perhaps it slipped under the bed, between the beds, or into a hidden corner. I would be forever grateful if they could find it and contact me.This doll holds immense sentimental value, and I have been holding onto hope that it might still turn up. From April 20 to April 24, I received no further replies, so I reached out again, kindly requesting they also check with their external laundry service. My fear is that the doll may have been accidentally gathered with the bedding during housekeeping and sent out with the laundry. They replied, saying it would take 48–72 hours to hear back from the laundry company, but since then, there has been only silence. As of today, April 30, I followed up once more — only to receive the same heartbreaking answer: my doll has not been found. This experience has left me truly devastated. I still hold onto hope, however slim, that one day my little green turtle will be returned to me.
