    Pros +

    • Excellent park like accomodation, with well kept greenery and big trees well preserved. Despite the density of the houses/cottages, the layout is such that you have privacy. The National Park entry literally across the street. The city of Arnhem is a few km away. Great place for a family vacation.
    • Easy to get around. Comfortable house.
    • The location and the people are amazing

    Cons -

    • The time restriction on getting back on the property with your car. Gate should be accessible at all times. The pool party for kids I very limited. There are no set activities or structured games.
    • They dont add even soap even tissue you have to bring every thing with you plus the property is way way wayyyyyy smaller in real life
    • The Tiny Houses are located closest to the autoroute ensuring all night transport noise even with all windows firmly closed. It was difficult to locate the accommodation as there is no signposting within the Europarc.

Convenient location to Arnhem and all the countryside walks surrounding it.The Tiny House was compact and efficient, but the cupboard doors were not well made, scraping on the floor in the kitchen. The bedroom up in the loft is a challenge for tall people as it is impossible to stand up even at 1.56m tall and the bed is on the floor so healthy knees are required to crawl in.The house was bright and light with a floor to ceiling window on the front wall.

The Tiny Houses are located closest to the autoroute ensuring all night transport noise even with all windows firmly closed. It was difficult to locate the accommodation as there is no signposting within the Europarc.

amazing location, quite and rural, we had amazing time! kids played outside loads, loved the trampoline.

the stairs in tiny house were unsafe, nothing to hold on to going up and down. my older daughter actually fell off once. i would suggest some handles or small banister on side…

Nice little house in wonderful environment. We enjoyed our stay. It was close to our family and friends who we were visiting. The people at the park were nice and friendly.

There was some miscommunication about making the beds. We booked the accommodation for 3 people. I paid the “extra service” for making the beds, but only 2 beds were made. I apparently paid for only two, but I didn’t realize that. Since we booked for 3 people and asked for the beds to be prepared, I assume this would mean not for 2 but for all 3 people. Also it was cold weather during our stay, but the heater wasn’t working. This was fixed the next day, but since we didn’t know the airco could also be used as a heater, the first night was very cold and uncomfortable. At checkin the reception told us to go to house 22, but the keys didn’t work and there were people staying in house. 22. We were in house 21.

Good location (close to city center). Site itself clean with nice bit of greenery all around.Good communication from the team.Dedicated parking space.

No towels (had to pay extra if we wanted them). No toiletries at all, even just soap.We had to put bedding on ourselves, then take it off before checkout. Even though we already paid for the cleaning fee (you also have to take rubbish to the refuse area. I understand leaving the place as you found it etc. but why make us pay for the cleaning then...). Beds worn and quite dirty.Chalets are relatively small (but warm!). One roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 2 nights.

Quick and convenient check-in. Attentive staff. Clean park. Overall, the cabins were clean. The park has playgrounds and a football field. It is well-maintained and nicely landscaped. Just a few kilometers away, there's a great zoo and the Netherlands Open Air Museum.

The most important thing to note is that the park is located near the autobahn, so you can hear traffic noise both day and night. If you're looking to enjoy peace, quiet, and nature — this is definitely not the place. Also, it's better to bring your own pillows, as the ones provided are not suitable for a good night's sleep.

Very quiet location of site Nice layout

Having to pay 53 Euros for a bag of sheets8 Euros for towels each 20 Euros to get bed made !

The accommodation is located next to a lovely play park for the kids. Was able to watch my kid play outside while still enjoying my coffee inside. Inside the finishing was modern and still rather new. Ample clothing storage and amenities. Parking next to the unit was handy.

The play park is surrounded by a stream that is not narrow enough to jump over and the access to it is a small narrow wooden bridge with no guide rails and needs an adult to help kids across. That is a bit counter intuitive.

It was a nice park, cute vacation homes

I messaged them upfront about a wheelchair. Asked if an upgrade was available we wanted to pay extra to have it accessible. We had the worst accessible vacation house there from gravel to a higher patio to a fire extinguisher blocking the main entrance so the wheelchair barely fit through the front door. Also the reception was not accessible, only the restaurant.

    Nice clean cabins

They tried to take a 600 euro deposit (100 euro pp). I had previously checked everything was paid and they said it was. They also gave us the smallest bottle of washing up liquid I’ve ever seen and two rolls of toilet roll for 6 people for 3 nights. Pillows are also very lumpy

    8AnnaPosted on: 11-4-2024

The location and site in general was really nice. Would definitely go back.

Slight muck up with our room, first night we were put in the wrong accommodation, which was smaller than what we had paid for. While we were out for the day the following day they rang to ask us to move to correct accommodation, but we were out all day, so we allowed them to move it for .us. Some of our food went missing (specific food brought with us for the children). The receptionist was very nice and apologetic and did what they could to offer alternative. There was no real compensation given for this mistake though, and that we were in smaller accommodation that what we had paid for.

Will give it a skip next time

Whole unit had a very musty smell like there was severe damp, there was only enough bedding for 3 mattresses when there were 4 mattresses which meant that I had half of my double bed covered while my 2 children had on each bunk. The mattress protectors were dirty looking and not something I wanted to sleep on without bedding. As a first time at a europarc I was very disappointed. Booking on this platform meant I was constantly sent messages to fill in details about vehicle and guests but the links were removed so I responded with the information and the response was ignored and the daily barrage of messages requesting information continued. I couldn’t log in to the europarcs website either as it doesn’t show my booking there. For the price paid I definitely would expect at least all beds to have bedding and to have towels - not at an extra price

Loved the proximity to the National park however only for the units close to the reception. Loved the modern take on decor, leather chairs, good coach. Loved the fish pond and kids play area. good value for money.

The units at the back (K10-20) are right next a busy road - so noisy! would never recommend these units. No oven.

It is very peaceful and silent. Good to have a nice sleep over there

Heating was automatically switched off during night

The chalet we stayed in was nice and in a quiet part of the park. It was a bonus having the sun deck on the roof as the weather was quite pleasant when we were there.

My main criticism is about the poor communication skills. For reasons beyond my control I had to arrive a day after the official check in. I emailed Europarcs at least one week beforehand to inform them of this but never received any reaction. I also tried phoning the park reception only to be kept on hold for about 12 minutes before being cut off? Then of course when we arrived the person on reception could not find our booking. After speaking to a manager they realised it was because we arrived a day after the official check in. Of course this could have been avoided with better communication from Europarcs. My other criticism is about the very poor selection of items in the park shop. No fresh bread or croissants were available so we had to travel to a local supermarket for these things. I was surprised by this as every other holiday park I have stayed at usually provides a better selection of food items, especially breakfast items.
