The staff was spectacular! Our suite, #21, was beautifully decorated and very comfortable even though it was literally a loft (bed and TV above bathroom, sitting area, and "balcony." The restaurants in the immediate area were excellent and stay open late.

When checking in, be absolutely sure to go and see your room in person before you take your luggage up. This is a boutique hotel; every room is completely different. One of our party had trouble sleeping due to QR code wallpaper. Another room had bugs.

The hotel's location was amazing, less than 5 minutes locating to the center. Also the hotel interior was stylish and unique.

The bed was uncomfortable and it was quite nosy becausw of the nearby train track.

Loved the staff, room design and the location of the hotel, reception was very helpful and lovely, Room 2 was beautiful and spacious. More than enough for a single person.

Locks sometimes didn't work properly after couple of hours.

Some of the dolls outside at night looked a bit scary and the shower screen didn't really help that much to block the water

The hotel is in a beautiful and quiet part of town, the interior is nicely designed and good quality, the staff were super helpful and kind.

We had one of the rooms across the street and you could hear the neighbors upstairs walking and talking. The design of the room was also not great, maybe because we had one of the last rooms left available. Other rooms might be better. The bed also wasn’t comfortable enough though for my partner with back pains. We booked the room for 2 people but when we came in the couch was made into a bed, so there was place for 4 to sleep. We had to ask them to make it into a couch again so that we could chill there. They came right away and were very friendly but we rather had not needed it.

Loved the artwork, the different themed rooms. The dining room was amazing and I loved the cutlery. Great location close to train.

The space was small but used well so it still felt spacious enough for one person. Located a quick walk to Arnhem centre and there’s also a handy restaurant just downstairs. Although it’s not open on Sundays as I discovered. Staff were very helpful and kind and the area is nice and quiet. Couldn’t hear the trains from my room at all. I would stay again!

The bathroom was a little awkward to use and slightly too dark.

Checking in was quick and no waiting, breakfast was a good selection.Just a short walk to the city centre.

We arrive back at the hotel from a wedding with a number of other wedding guests. We could not enter our room. Reception was not staffed at the time. A 'local' from the wedding party helped us (to avoid any language issues) by calling the emergency number (twice) which was not answered.Eventually this gentleman 'bunked in' with another guest from the wedding and allowed us to sleep in his room - WHAT A SAINT because without this we would have been sleeping in reception.We had no access to my wife's medication however.We were not offered ANY compensation at all for the inconvenience and stress.

The warm welcome. Excellent breakfast. The imaginative room decoration. Very clean

The room is super interesting and really fitting the "design hotel" vibe. It was spacious with a separate bathroom, a sink in the room and a place to hang jackets etc, as well as a coffee maker and water boiler + tea bags. The beds were super comfortable, and there is air conditioning in the room that you can set to 3 different levels, or turn off if you prefer. I was there only for an extremely short stay due to Flixtrain's inability to schedule, so I arrived at about 1am and left again at 7am, so I haven't fully experienced the whole hotel's vibe.

The bathroom door didn't close properly (they're magnet-closing and the door was bent away from the magnet so couldn't snap shut), and due to the way the bathrooms are designed that means there was quite a bit of water coming out of the bathroom into the room itself when showering. Also my particular room had a "view" of the train tracks so it wasn't the most quiet room, even though the windows are allegedly made of airplane glass. You are able to open the window to get fresh air, however you will not want to do that if you're staying in one of the train-facing rooms.

frequent trains just on the other side of the street. with closed window, no problem at all! AC available to make up for closed window during night.

Unusual and interesting hotel

Stairs are dangerous dark and not even.

Excellent shower, good breakfast and very helpful staff.

Room seven hasn't got greatest of views but that's a very minor quibble.

Clean, easy to find, beautiful.

Location.

We were disappointed with the apartment. It was scruffy and did not feel like a hotel. The toilet smelt of smoke and the whole apartment smelt of disinfectant. Kitchen was okay but minimally equipped and pans need replacing. Bedroom was at the front with a section of the glass frosted over to provide privacy but one still felt exposed to passersby.Shower tray had mould around the bottom of wall.

We were able to keep our vaulable bikes in th ground floor studio. This was a genius suggestion from the staff. The food in the restaurant was great.

Location was good

The room was too small. The elevator was the slowest I have ever seen in my life. Beyond these, there were some ants on the breakfast table next to food, which made us feel very uncomfortable and we regretted paying for the breakfast. Overall, the hotel did not seem clean (especially the common areas).
