Location nice and central.

The Argentina girl was really helpful, we stayed Jan 23 2026 and she knew what to do and get me to the right place .

The blankets are very small and we are not big at all so we felt cold

Temperature too cold

Very good breakfast, nice stuff and the location of the hotel. Very near the central street in Arnhem and Central Train Station.

Saving on the low room temperature , thus affecting the guest comfort, but it was sattled by the stuff quick on demand.

Was denied adding a night through app despite rooms available. No explanation. Had no issues with it when I called and spoke with on-site staff though. Was encouraged to forego room cleaning (IHG policy, not the fault of staff). Specifically requested daily room cleaning and instead only received new towels and had the trash out. No fresh bedding. No removal of hotel dishes from day 1. This was a four-night stay.

Excellent breakfast and very efficient for the large number of people served - location next to pedestrian district and Rozet is very nice

Price of parking

The bathroom was sparkling clean. The bed was very comfortable.

The fact that there wasn't real orange juice was a disappointment.

I was given a room where there were visible blood stains on the carpet, and the towels had black marks on them. There was also rust on all the metal surfaces in the bathroom. The TV remote control didn’t work because the batteries were dead, and I could literally hear my neighbors talking at a normal volume through the walls.When I went outside for a cigarette, I couldn’t get back in — I had to wait several minutes before someone opened the door for me.On top of that, I had already paid everything through Booking.com, but I was still charged extra tourist tax, even though it was already included in my booking.In short, if you just need a place to crash, this hotel might be fine — but if you need to be fresh and rested for an important meeting, book somewhere else.I would like a refund.

Location is great, right near the city centre with various options for entertainment/restaurants. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The location. Everything is at walking distance. Supermarket infront of the hotel. The breakfast is ok. Own parking garage. Staff is friendly and helpful

The price per night is on the high side for a boutique hotel.

The breakfast was very good. We liked the location very much. It was very centric.I liked the piece and quite despite being in the centre.The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

We had some nuisance from the room next door one night. But this was solved well by the staff. We got a room change.

Air conditioning worked well in the room. The breakfast was good but some jam would have been a nice addition. Check in staff were friendly.

Dirty forgotten towel in the bathroom when we arrived. Very noisy room. Could hear every car and person talking as they passed, and that’s with windows closed. Not a fan of those glass bathroom doors. Why do hotels do this? The second bed for our son was lip-sided and full of old springs and he had a bad sleep. There was no fitted sheet just a top sheet poorly tucked in so there were wrinkles on the top. We had to remake it. Only 2 towels and one hand towel provided (not including the dirty user one) were provided for 3 of us. The duvet on our bed didn’t cover us entirely so had to play a bit of tug-o-war. Didn’t have a good sleep. On checkout staff were rude.

The location was absolutely perfect! Airconditioning was good too. Breakfast was simple, but really okay. Two different types of pillows!

The walls seemed to be made out of cardboard. The even MOVED when the door in the next room was closed. No fridge, no Nespresso.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfast had a great selection available.

Since we were in Arnhem for a concert, the price for the night was unbelievably high for the quality of the hotel. Parking is available on site but the parking area is extremely tight.

Comfortable reception area easy to sit talk with friends enjoy a drink from the bar.
