Pros +
- Two German pillows and two American pillows on every bed! Wonderful!
- the location of hotel is fab and little touches of water and sweets along with other things at reception is nice touch tings like tat I will be back but there is a downside
- The staff were great! Helpful and even upgraded us to have air conditioning on a hot day without any extra cost.
Cons -
- was put in what was like a basement it's called quiet part of hotel but not quiet at all noise all night all from room beside me and on street window slash door wouldn't open shower dripped all night
- The lift is a bit slow, breakfast is a bit expensive, and the shower sprayed water onto the bathroom floor.
- Room 026 has dripping water on top of the ceiling, and we could hear it all night. You may want to look into this.

The staff were great! Helpful and even upgraded us to have air conditioning on a hot day without any extra cost.

The silence and location.
Room 026 has dripping water on top of the ceiling, and we could hear it all night. You may want to look into this.
