Everything. All you can expect from a 3 star and above hotel. Congrats to the owner and staff.

No elevator. A bit too hot in the room.

More convenient place ,clean and friendly staff .....excellent

Should have a tea coffee and a kettle to have a hot drink at night. and need to improve, new pillow and new towels pls.

The bed. Instead of one double bed, there are two beds which are joined together, therefore, it's not very comfortable.

Comfortable, good breakfast, beautiful terrace., a lot of plants.

Please, change the old red armchairs from the reception!!!!! because the first impression matters, and now it is in contrast with the good reality of the whole place.. Some light green soft and comfortable sofas will create a miracle!

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was helpful and the breakfast very good.

There was no elevator, so we had to carry luggage to 2nd floor on the stairs, but it was ok. The pillows were a bit on the skinny side, but we managed for a night.

The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is even nicer. They gave me more pillows when I asked, in the morning Claudia went out of her way to bring me what I like for breakfast. Thank you Claudia ! All the staff was very nice. Very pleased with the hotel. Its a bit far from the center but we were driving and we had free parking here, which was another benefit we were looking for. If youre not driving a Bolt or Uber ride to the center is about 2 dollars or less!!! Well worth it to stay in this pleasant hotel.

10 minutes walk from railway station which was useful for me but is nowhere near historic centre. Friendly staff Modern hotel and rooms in good condition with everything in good order. Dining facilities both for evening dinner and breakfast were good. Breakfast was table service and good selection of cooked food, basket of bread, condiments etc

Room was little too warm upon entry. Coffee at breakfast was just a small single cup with plastic single quantity of milk.

Extremely friendly and professional staff. Excellent location if you arrive by train after midnight, it is safe to walk. Very good breakfast. Big room with a comfortable bed. Wifi was working flawless.

Cleanliness of the toilet seat. Be careful if you try to lift it up, it might have "stains" from the previous guest(s) on the bottom side. Carpet stained etc.

Rich breakfast (please mention in advance if you are a vegetarian or if you have other diet restrictions), large room, quite clean. Good cost-quality ratio. Perfect for a good night sleep, if you are just passing through the city. Parking available.

Towels were placed on a not so clean cover. Bumpy matrasses. if you want to be close to the Alba Iulia, this is not the best location.

The bathroom quite small and location bit far from the city centre, at the entrance in the city.At breakfast if you did nit go around 8.00-8.30 you risk not to find much

Everything on the hotel was very clean, nice room, hot water at shower, free parking, rich breakfast, even we were late at breakfast ( after 9:30), they complete with fresh food, the staff was friendly and pay attention on our requests. Location is good, quite, at 10min by car of the Center and very close to the town exit. For sure, we will chose again this hotel, when we will visit Alba Iulia.

If I should say what I liked more in this hotel I would say "everything"! The room was big, clean and very comfortable. Wifi available inside the structure with a strong signal. People at the reception and at the restaurant was very kind and professional. There is a big garden with a patio where to relax drinking a beer or enjoy food from restaurant. Parking is free, spacious and with surveillance cameras. The hotel is 20 minutes walk from the old city. Definitely my choice if I'll want visit Alba Iulia again.

Hotel is new, everything was clean. Good for transit.

If you are tourist visiting the city, it is pretty far from the citadel
