We liked the service proposed in the hotel (spa m, activities...), its location, and the cuisine which was delicious.

The rooms carpet was not so clean.

almost everything, the bars, the orientin restaurant, the views, the pools are great, this is a good hôtel but a lil pricey

not enough activities, we just played some tennis and we had a good massage but no water sport at this time of the year

I recently spent a weekend at the Marchica Lagoon Resort, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The resort’s emphasis on security made me feel safe and at ease throughout my stay, which is a huge plus for any traveler.The staff truly stood out—especially Abdelkader at the reception and Hicham, the valet (voiturier). Both were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. Their warmth and attentiveness added a personal touch that made the resort feel like a home away from home.The breakfast spread was a highlight, offering a delicious variety of fresh, quality options to kickstart the day. And let’s talk about the view—waking up to the breathtaking panorama of the Marchica Lagoon and the sparkling sea was nothing short of magical. Whether from my room or the common areas, the serene vistas elevated the entire experience.If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch service, stunning views, and a secure environment, Marchica Lagoon Resort is an excellent choice. I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing escape by the sea!

The location, the interior design, and the furniture are incredible ❤️❤️❤️ .

The staff needs more training, everybody I met in the hotel was complaining about some staff behavior. We didn't like the breakfast, The service was awful ?, my room's window was faulty the same for the shower's head, black moisture everywhere in the shower cabinet ?.... well, for such price and reputation I was expecting more than just a good building with a good location.

My stay at Marchica Resort was excellent. The resort provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience, with well-designed rooms and top-notch amenities. Room, Pool, Breakfast

Nice building with good amenities- pools and tennis courts were very nice. Gym is well equipped and the rooms are very nice - large and nicely furnished.

Restaurants and bars were terrible. The food was average at best but the service was some of the worst I have experienced. The waiters were chaotic and slow, the orders were wrong, items that were not ordered were included on the bill. We waited for over an hour for food and drinks, even water, on a very quiet night. Initially, the response when we complained was to suggest we just ate the wrong order then to say 'next time will be better'. It took 30 minutes or arguing to get the wrong items removed from the bill. It really ruins what could be a nice hotel. The hotel reception service was better. They let us extend our departure without charge.

Beautiful Hotel and modern facilities

It's overall a beautiful hotel but small details like not changing your glass in your room for 3 days, bad wifi and a loud noise during the night for a few hours made our stay kind of bad.

The stuff are just HORRIBLE from the reception to the cleaners , they were rude to us , they were treating us badly , we felt like they are the customers and we the employees, plus they were treating some clients better than others . The cleaners came to the rooms at 5 pm . This hotel is way below average compared to the group la mamounia . They should train their stuff or change them ASAP for the money we pay it should have the service it deserve

I like everything at this hotel. Every person that work there was very friendly and always ready for a little chat. Rooms where clean and nice view outside

Spacious rooms and terrace, indoor pool, sauna and gym.

Room wasn’t available at check-in time. When I finally could check in the bathroom wasn’t clean, staff was still walking in and out the room to get room ready. Pool was not exclusively for guests, couldn’t make use of the pool with my wife. No airconditioning in the hallways, only in the rooms and lobby. No basic toiletries available like toothbrush and toothpaste. Too expensive for the service given. Breakfast not included, which is not a standard for a 5* resort. Food was terrible. Some evenings noisy music which we here inside our room.

Our stay at Marchica Lagoon Resort was a dream come true. The resort is situated on a peaceful peninsula, providing an ideal mix of activities and relaxation with its private beach and pool.The views of the beach were just stunning. We particularly enjoyed our mornings waking up to the sight of the waves, and the quiet sunsets were simply unforgettable.We stayed in a spacious, comfortable room. It was well-designed with soundproof walls which assured peaceful and restful nights. The resort's overall design was elegant yet relaxing, contributing to a wonderful holiday vibe.

our experience wasn’t without its hiccups. While many of the staff were friendly, a few were unprofessional and used inappropriate language in front of guests, which was off putting.Additionally, we found the prices for services to be quite steep, which did not correspond to the quality provided. Specifically, the breakfast was expensive and disappointing. Despite a wide range of choices, the food simply didn’t meet our expectations.The resort’s security measures felt a bit intrusive, with our car boot being checked regularly. The absence of valet service was inconvenient, especially for a resort of this caliber.Lastly, the reception staff was understaffed leading to long wait times for checking in and out.

The place is fabulous. Really clean, the personnel was very professionnal . Dinner at the restaurant and breakfast were amazing!We also went to the gym, it has every thing for a quick session.

Not lot of facilities nearby. The price for breakfast, lunch and dinner are expensive for a family. The beach was not clean, difficult to swim in.

Price/Quality is a bit high for a family ?

Beautiful hotel with good facilities and overlooking the lagoon. Very peaceful and relaxing. A great place for a wellness retreat. There is a small private beach area for hotel guests. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean.

Breakfast not included. It would great to have an iron available in the room.
