Location is great, bed are really comfortable and spacious shower.The view is really nice !Also breakfast is great

Massage was the worst massage ofMy life.Paid for 50 min but had 40 min and maybe it was better like this.Also not friendly welcome in the spa, it’s suppose to be a relaxing place.Beer are very expensive!

Location was great and the desk staff were good.

There was no hot water in shower. The hotel restaurant was not open, the room safe did not work, but was later fixed. It definitely was not up to the standard of a 4 or 5 star hotel.

She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail, making my stay truly enjoyable. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist left a lasting impression. Booked 2 single beds plus 1 double, apartment only had 2 double beds. Third single bed was supplied upon request, but booking.com bed info is incorrect. Also, broken lock on bathroom door. Expected better attention to detail.

The breakfast was very limited! Not much choices and we had to skip our last day’s and have it outside.

Central location, friendly staff, nice view

This hotel wants to uphold a luxury image but it fails in doing so. We paid a too high price for the value we got. The facilities showed signs of deterioration, mainly the woord work (doors, cabinets) and the sanitary facilities (shower, toilet). The toilet was very unclean which was a disappointment.The queen size bed looked impressive but was a bit squeaky. The second bed for our son was basically a bedlinnen put on a sofa. The swimming pool was nice. But the joy was taken away by aqua gym session with a too loud music. To make matters worse, the songs played during the aqua gym were explicit and unsuitable for the families with kids in the swimming pool. At a certain moment we were looking for the reception after entering from the parking garage. We wandered through the corridors and ended up at a place that seemed to be in construction and yet is was accessible for visitors. In short, this hotel wants to appear luxurious by charging high prices. In reality the value you get is mediocre.

we had another booking in nador that didn't work out so we ended up at the Malia which we kind of trusted cuz we just come from the one further down the coast in Al husima. it has an absolutely first class hot pool on the roof. in this great sunroom space. very very very cool. would have liked to have done the the hamam but the timing didn't work out. The room was clean and comfortable we had a great view down the beach which wasn't very good because the weather was about 50°. but it was a really nice little stay before we headed further up the coast to Malia and the ferry back to Malaga. you can have a nice day here. the soup market is just a couple of blocks away and it's different from other ones but there is some some life down there in the vegetables and the spices but not like other places still worse. going to and kind of tamer than anything like Tangier so check it out

well, I didn't like that. the hours were a little limited and that not all services were offered but I was there on the depth of off season a couple of days before the start of Ramadan so it's totally understandable. I really don't have many complaints about this hotel

Nice view, good breakfast buffet

I was very surprised and disgusted by the lack of hygiene in our room: lots of hairs in the bedsheets and some yellow stains, it felt like they had not been changed. All the showers joints were yellow, there were dirty marks on the toilet. During our first day at the hotel, the pool area was messy and the chairs dirty (the next day staff tidied it up so that was good). Overall I was very disappointed, not worth the price…

Breakfast was poor in options. Wifi was not working in our room only in the public areas eventhough the reception told us on the first day that it was a temporary issue. Our door was not closing properly, I mentioned this but no one came to have a look at it.
