Easy parking behind the hotel, the bed was firm, the room was silent

The breakfast was average at best and the bathroom was in need for some maintenance or repair

Very good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Decent price. Friendly staff, but some confusion with billing on their end. (It got straightened out)

Not the best neighborhood, and it was loud much of the night, I think from other guests. The concrete halls carried sound. No kettle in the room.

Free parking, spacious room with secret third bed which we didn’t for. Comfortable bed, I slept like a baby, normal breakfast.

Amount of parking places are limited even though there are plenty of them you can’t be sure you will get your own.

Located just outside the ring, about a 15 minute walk from Osnabrück Hbf, it's relatively easy and straightforward to get to. Not terribly much nearby, just a few restaurants and pubs within a few minutes, supermarkets are a bit further away. Staff were very nice, the room was HUGE and clean. Very nice clean towels too. Sometimes people out on the streets might be loud, but maybe that's just my luck. Breakfast was excellent, typical German continental fare with a larger than usual selection of cold cuts. Very nice yoghurt and fruits station too. Mind the coffee machine and the labels under the mugs for each type of coffee. I think the price (as of early 2025) is very reasonable, especially how expensive hotels can get in Germany.

A few small thoughts / gripes / feedback / things to keep in mind, nothing deal breaking, as I would happily stay in this hotel any other time again:* There's a smoker's area outside the side door, which you reach from the stairwell — as a result there's almost always a smell of smoke in the stairwell.* A few items in my bathroom were in a state of slight disrepair (like the cap of the tap popping off despite there having been an attempt to glue it back on), but these were all just cosmetic issues.* Expect the hot water to come on really slow.* Feels kinda strange that there's nothing in the little entrance room, not even a coat hanger, so I had to go into the bedroom to hang my jacket. I think putting something there would make a huge improvement in comfort with relatively little investment.

Clean, a small fridge in the room, pretty spacious for a single. Good to very good breakfast.Very well organized at the reception.

The heaters were enough only for those who are used with colder places. No functioning restaurant.

The location was great the breakfast room was clean, enough lights and loved the beautiful little fresh roses ? on each table

The stairs from the entrance till the lift, had to carry the luggage and that was not really nice.

Large room with comfy bed and smart TV so we could watch Netflix. Ideal for a nights stopover when we were travelling back from Denmark to the UK. On-site restaurant was closed, but they do have a bar. Takeaway pizza very close to the hotel, the town is about a 25 minute walk.

Remember to take a travel kettle and tea bags if you like an early morning cup of tea!

The room was very modern, quiet and clean with comfy beds. Breakfast was fantastic with a big selection of cereals, fruits, meats, eggs, bacon and pastries. There was a small parking lot outside that was monitored. Our dogs were welcome and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Not a complaint about the hotel - just a heads-up for people with dogs who like to go to the bathroom on grass - there isn't really any grass in the near vicinity. If they're okay to go on pavement - you're fine.

It was perfectly located for us for our travels and revisiting the area. It also was lovely and spacious for 3 sharing a room. Breakfast was plentiful and always restocked by staff

Friendly welcome by the receptionist. I arrived late at night just before closure of the reception, the parking was rather full but I managed to find a spot. The room was quite spacious and up-to-date in terms of decoration.

My room was in the beginning of the hallway with some noise of slamming doors, but it was not a big problem for me.

Rooms were clean and spacious with elevator access. Free parking behind. Gentleman at reception gave clear instructions for room access. Places to shop and eat nearby.

Windows are not fully soundproof and during the night the passing cars outside can make some noise but for one night it was alright. It is about 25 minutes walking from the center but on a nice area. The room could be upgraded with newer equipment, for example the bathroom really gives the feeling of am outdated, old one.

This hotel perfectly blends traditional charm with modern amenities. The WiFi is fast, the air conditioning is efficient, and the shower is incredibly powerful—one of the best I've ever experienced. The spacious bedroom and bathroom provided plenty of comfort, and the free parking was a nice bonus. It's just a 15-minute walk into town, making it a convenient location. The breakfast was also quite good, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended for those who appreciate a mix of classic style and modern comfort.

Well situated along A1. Clean room, large bed, good breakfast and we could bring our dog. Service minded staff. A place we come back to.
