- very bad experience, i do not see anything on booking that this strange hotel has no reception service after 6 pm. when i got the hotel at 9 pm , the door was locked. i called one of the phone number , no one answer. i try to call another number on the door, there was a man on the otherisde of the phone. he speak no English at all . i just know little bit Germany , i told him i got a room booked and i paid .please open the door, he was saying in germany like you are late . no one come to help you to open the door. the hotel close at 6pm , what a nice reason i had ? i said that strange and too bad. he was angry and just stopped phone call. how is possible? the boss of this hotel is really working in the hotel industry? then a lady called me , she said she sent me an email with a password to open the door. ok , that is ok. i finally get in the room. but what about the first guy on the other side of the phone? when the customer has such a important issue . we had this kind of situation and strange answer.

Clean room. Ample parking. Hotel is right next to motorway exit, so location is perfect for motorists. Hotel reception closes early, but I received door code and room key locker code in good time so I was able to get to my room without any issues.
No breakfast or dinner options. There is a shop nearby, however it closes quite early. Nearby petrol station has very limited food options. I should have brought my own snacks with me. Just something to remember when visiting this hotel.
