B&B Hotel Osnabrück

It was a perfect stop for a night while returning from Berlin to Amsterdam. There is ample parking (including electric charging). The check-in was very smooth (there is automated check-in for late night arrivals as well).

It is nice for one night stay - so the expectation from the room was low. For more than a night stay for families it is a bit small.

Our room was very clean, a good size and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also had an elevator. The walk to the station was less than 10 minutes. Restaurants and cafes are around the station.

I didn't like the self service check-in kiosk, especially during business hours. When it didn't work correctly, we had to speak to the gent at reception and he didn't seem very happy. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room or hotel.

The room was ok, but due to the location close to the railway the sounds of trains were heard during the stay (especially at night).

Trains (due to hotel's close location to the train station)

The ceiling of the bathroom had mold, and our room was not cleaned despite having the room service sign displayed.

Was comfortable and easy for a one night stay, was very clean

Not a very attractive location and right next to the train station, also works going on which started at 7am

Despite no staff late night check in was no issue ,quite systematic secure check-in process is really impressive

By default a water bottle should have been provided along with some tea bags or water kettle

Easy to access and comfy rooms

Can be noisy due to location but not bad at all

Easy choice for a group. Rooms very nice and clean. Automated check-in actually worked.

Carefully designed, comfortable room for three, practical nooks for clothes storage, pleasant staff, bag hold available, easy keypad entry to room. Everything worked, and nothing was missing

The kids enjoyed the breakfast, but it was just ok for the price.

Convenient for the city and the station. Excellent parking facilities.

Basic breakfast.

Nice enough room. Vending machines in the lobby. Close enough to Osnabruck town centre to walk (15-20 mins)

When we arrived the front door was closed and nobody in the reception area. We were supposed to have received an email with pin no, etc to get into the hotel if nobody on reception but this had not arrived. Quick call to the company and we got the pin. But we waited 15 mins to get in from first arrival.

Clean modern hotel. Great air conditioning. Free parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Ability to park outside while unloading.

Self check-in tried to charge for the room again. No disabled parking. Didn't cause an issue but could for others.

Good location, the centre of town is only a short walk away. The family room was just great for the very good price. Breakfast was very tasty with a good range of food.

Modern and very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good location with various eating options nearby. The spacious free parking next to the hotel is really nice.

The closing of the room doors is a bit loud, could be heard from a few rooms away.

Easy to come with car. Free parking. Nice family rooms

Basic but very pleasant decor and very clean. Good location next to the station. Ample parking.

Family room on a small side but adequate for one night.

Location and free parking

The bathroom in our room (220) had a foul smell coming out of the sink.

Modern hotel, good location, interesting view of a big station

Breakfast could have been a bit better with more choice

Poor

Room was not cleaned upon arrival. Dirty towels, trash, used bedsheets. The staff quickly gave us a new room but we were lucky to be there just before 10PM otherwise we wouldn’t have been so lucky…

Everything was spot on as expected from the business hotel, you could actually open a window, easy and safe parking, shops nearby

The room was on the small side
