Best Western Hotel Hohenzollern

The location is directly in front of the train station. It could not be more convenient.

It was adequate, but a little pricey for the mattress quality and cleanliness level. The walls are very thin (hellhörig).

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, which made traveling very convenient. The reception staff were very accommodating and friendly, which made the stay even better. Overall, an excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Breakfast was excellent. Very close to train station.

It was a bit expensive.

Friendly staff, great location, wonderful and rich breakfast

Weak WiFi signal, I stayed on the second floor and the signal was very poor in my room. High parking fees.

Location, and accomodations

Less place at the pool and sauna. There is no order there. Room was to small. Uncomfortable bet, so need improvement there

We were so tired. The receptionist didn’t know anything about the hotel he was working in. I booked a room for 3, he tried to accommodate us on 1 bed. Then he found out that the sofa can turn into a bed, but he didn’t have beddings. So my husband slept on a smelly, dirty sofa without a sheet, without duvet and with a dirty blanket. The receptionist said that he doesn’t have clean sheets or clean blankets!!! He told us that the el car charger doesn’t work, the next morning we found out that he lied.

Very nice hotel, good breakfast, parking, gym, sauna….

Nice breakfast and spa facilities

Extremely noisy outside and the hotel is surrounded by drug users and alcolics

Nice hotel, quite, good breakfast, parking

The location is very convenient, just next to the main train station and the main bus station. The hotel restaurant is very good.

Good breakfast and facilities. Exceptional location next to the central station.

The internet is unusable, very bad.

The location was great just infront of Central station. Loved the room, it was so clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay at Best western again. The sauna and spa area was great too.

Good location, close to the train station and on walking distance of the old city centre. Comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast!

Everything. Food was good, it was comfortable and clean.

Nothing. Everything was good.

I liked the large room, fully equipped gym, great breakfast and location next to the station.

The single beds

The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and the indoor swimming pool and Sauna.

The room was old fashioned but it was clean and quiet big.

Loved the welcome we received from Barbara at the reception desk. She really cheered us up. The room was lovely and the breakfast was great.

Everything was good.

Nice pool, rooms were good value.

Breakfast was not as good value as Radisson, for example. We chose the hotel because of its EV chargers. Upon arrival, we were told these were reserved by others, but at no time did we see any of the spaces in use. It would have been nice if the hotel had asked those making the reservation to let us use the spaces, instead we had to spend time charging at a nearby gas station.

We had a nightmare train journey from Berlin and arrived very late, having missed the party we had travelled from Ireland to attend in Osnabruck. The receptionist was so sympathetic and upgraded us to a superior room and directed us to a restaurant which was still open.

The hotel was great, however we will never travel by train in Germany again!

The hotel is in a great location, near the central part of town and just a short walk from the Bahnhof.
