Pros +
- The Farmhouse is very nice and feels brand new. While the rooms are small, they are very comfortable finished to a high standard. It was very quiet and peaceful. There is no coffee/kettle in the room, but on the ground floor is a nice area to make coffee and purchase items.
- We appreciated the convenient online check-in process and automated access to our room. The room itself was very comfortable - rustic charm with state-of-the-art amenities - excellent lighting, very comfortable beds, very well equipped, a nice terrace, and the room was very quiet despite the property location on a busy road. The property is very dog-friendly, and we had a charging station for our EV in front of our room. We did not do breakfast, but the cafe looked inviting and store as well equipped.
- New, very clean, and comfortable.
Cons -
- Check in could be better. As others have stated, it can be tricky. Everything is online. I was traveling and had issues getting the pass code. I had to call twice to get a link sent. Once I got it, things were fine. But it did cause some stress.
- Would have love coffee in the room.
- some issues after check-out with missing items , communication however clear and resolvable. Would recommend to notify when something was missing ( towel sets, kitchen items which I know is hard to tell what is part/ not part of inventory)

Almost new hotel, Kind staff. Nice environment
nice, decent standard and well maintained property. With excellent quality look & feel. Liked it very much, and certainly would recommend. Beautiful property, and good connection to highways nearby for in/out travelling. Also would return definitely.

Great location, but practically no breakfast.
It would have been good to know that breakfast was not served.
