Hotel Neustadt

Clean and centrally located in a calm area . Nice staff and great experience overall.

My room was on the third floor, the wifi was completely unavailable on the upper floors. Obliged to rely 100% on mobile data from phone.

Staff don’t speak english, there are no signs on the bathroom door, the heating system wasn’t working at all.

The breakfast was good

The bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. It was very stuffy and warm. The water did not get cold. Only warm or lukewarm. The light in the bathroom was broken. The whole building stank like smoke and weed.

Fine cozy low budget stay with solid facilities

Nice old fashioned German hotel. Good breakfast.

It was pretty noisy on a Saturday night, due to traffic, music and people outside.

Cozy room and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good.

There was no tea and coffee in the room.

The receptionist was really kind, the place was exceptionally clean and pleasant. It is not newly renovated, however, it surpassed by expectations - great value for money!

All I was aware of when booking - that the bathrooms are shared, for example. But it was quiet and not too bothersome, at all.

very friendly good clean breakfast too good lower price hotel but family run stopped one night passing through ideal

shared bathrooms not my thing but as one night ok

This place is more than adequate for what you pay, Breakfast is good. Located about 20minutes walk from the center and free street parking available.

Location; family owned; one-off; authentic

Lighting very intense

Always stay in this hotel when in Osnabrück. Great value for a low price. Friendly staff!

The young lady on reception was lovely & could not have been more helpful and nice. Room was very basic (wooden furniture) but very cheap.

Bathroom was shared between 6 other rooms. It was very basic & not very clean looking.

Very nice hotel in the surbuns of Osnabruck. The breakfast is very good

The bathroom is small

The bedroom was basic but adequate for a short stay. The hotel is in a quiet side-street but within walking distance of the old city centre and railway station. Plenty of buses pass nearbye. The breakfast was much better than I expected from reading some reviews. Plenty of options including cereal, yoghurt, good bread, cheeses, fresh fruit, etc. Also it was available from 6am, which allowed me to both have breakfast and be in time for my train.

Check-in depended on receiving a key safe code just before arrival. I received it afterwards, which created a bit of a problem.

A nice small hotel in a pleasant neighbourhood. Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean spacious room with a sink, clean and tidy also the shared bathroom. Main train station and the historic centre ca. 15-20 minutes walk (there are also buses).

Dear Sir and madam. It was really wonderful stay in Hotel. The check-in was very nice and friendly. We are so thankful to Herr... for upgrading our room in the same cost. I really appreciate and enjoy the well organised breakfast and very tasty. I would recommend this is quite very nice hotel to stay. Best regards, Herr Quamar

Only sometime people talk loudly on the street while walking and it is clearly audible because our room was street facing. But not too disturbing

Friendly owner, good value for Germany.

Despite request and agreement for 0700 breakfast (prepaid) the kitchen didn't open even by 07.15 and had to leave with 2 hungry children having not eaten :(

We booked a budget room and it was really good value for money.

Shower curtain could be longer.

Quite outside, nature. Comfortable bed.

Blocked tap in a shower, water come up

Very cozy room, comfortable, very good breakfast! Quick check-in, we had a good time there.
