Very clean and comfortable. The hotel is just a few steps from the bus stops which is great. About 40 min bus ride from Antwerpen Centraal. Staff is very friendly and polite. Wifi connectivity is strong.

Room was a bit warm sometimes but it wasn’t bad.

The hotel is in a pleasant suburb, and although it's on the main road, our room was quiet. The car park was conveniently next to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was well-equipped, although no bath (only shower). There were tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel has a nice restaurant, although we found it a little expensive for what it was.

The room was not comfortable to sit in, partly because it was so small, and partly because there was a large shelf immediately over the bed, which meant that many men, and some women, would bang their heads if they sat up in bed. It also made it impossible for me to sit in bed.

Excellent place, great room, extremely friendly and supportive staff. Perfect location. Great breakfast.

EV charging bank missing .... would be very handy

When booking I was worried that we could arrive after 11.00 pm their last arrival time. I was given the code for the outside door which was extremely helpful. In the event we arrived earlier than expected and had a wonderful welcome from Reception. The smells form dinner were so enticing that we order an early breakfast which was all ready for us and delicious. The building was much more stylish than I was expecting. The shower was good. The car park was safe and had plenty of space to park our hire van.

The staff was very friendly and helpful as usual. I accidentally overslept and was about 45 minutes late for the check-out, but the staff told me not to worry about it. The room was very neat, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I didn't try the restaurant, but I have heard that it is a definite recommendation for both breakfast, lunch and dinner. I stay at De Heidebloem each time I come to Antwerp to visit friends or family. I hope to be back soon!

steep and narrow staircase

I knew what to expect as I stayed there in the 1980's/90's. A family run hotel which was good then and just as good now.10 minutes off the Antwerp to Eindhoven motorway with other bars and restaurants in the village.

Everything was good. The hotel staff were kind and helpful.

No elevator. Very steep stairs.

The room I was given did not correspond to the pictures you advertise of this hotel on your website.I was given a room in the attic!There was a small window and the lighting in the bathromm was very low. In the evening I used the torch of my phone to find objects in the drawer!

The room was not clean. I asked 2 times that the floor to be vaccumend and mopped & this never happened.I asked the bed sheets to be changed this never happened.After the romm was made, the large towels were not replaced.I had to go downstairs - 2 flights - to fectch them.

Amazing shower and really good breakfast.

The Breakfast was individual for each Guest and special wishes like scrambled eggs were no problem.Nice big bathroom with Shower.Restaurant inside with a good kitchen.

Next time I would ask for a more quiet room and not with Main Street view. Sleeping with an open window was not possible because of the noise but this is something what I felt personally and what has nothing to do with the stay direct.

Breakfast was excellent! The staff was very friendly! It was also very clean!!!
