Room was large enough to accommodate 3 persons. Bathroom is really large and there is a separate bathtub and shower. Additional bed (from the closet) was large enough for grownup person. Separate air-condition was a plus since it was more than 30 degrees Celsius during our stay. Breakfast was excellent - lot of choices. Own free parking for a guests is a plus.

The room needs the update, especially mattresses. Good dusting of the room is needed. Air-conditioning and ventilation (in bathroom) should be deep cleaned.

Bar area is crowded and too small. After it snowed they had now cleared the car park but they did grit the steps.A little noisy in the bedrooms with the corridor noise

Thank you Van der Valk team for making our stay here so enjoyable and special on New Years Eve. Our room was clean and beautiful,staff was very welcoming. I will never forget my wonderful experience at the Hotel Bar where Monique served us two beautiful cocktails with a passionate story to the Van der Valk favorite which was Pornstar Martini you will have to come hear it yourself and try Monique’s way of serving this cocktail thank you, you made our evening worth the time it was a pleasure to be there, we can’t wait to visit again we will definitely find a reason to come back as soon as possible.

The Location

I booked the luxury suite and the spa tube was not working, they didn't told me until I reach hotel and no more suits available and nothing to do , that's why I accepted but not satisfied, and the receptionist mentioned that it just broken last week with is give them and me enough time to decide if it's ok or not but the decide to surprise me in my anniversary day.

A disappointing experience from start to finish.The booking service is disorganized: no follow-up, and requests are completely ignored. Upon arrival, the reception was cold and unprofessional – the receptionist made no effort to be friendly or welcoming.The departure made things even worse: no explanation of the charges, cash payment required without any receipt provided. The whole process lacked transparency and professionalism.We were left with a very poor impression this Sunday morning. Given the price paid, the service was far below expectations. I do not recommend this place.

Location is great, close to the nature, of Den Bosch and in the beautiful Vught.

Noise in the corridors at night, each night!

Everything. Upgraded to a suite and wasnt disappointed. Van Gogh suite. Big car park all around do could get car close to room.

Didnt use the bath which was 3 times size of normal one. The terrace is shared and this suite is in eaves so would have sit in front of someone elses room.

Spacious room. Perfect location for travelling with a dog - green walking areas. Dogs are accepted during breakfast.

Old AC blowing too much. We hade to turn it off and then there was no fresh air in the room.

Close to Eftling, secure parking, friendly staff

Too much noise from other rooms, shouting and banging doors from other guests late at night & again early in the morning, cleaning staff pushing noisy carts past the room too early. We were on a long journey stop over and just wanted to recharge

Hotel is quite spread out over several interconnecting buildings. Lots of stairs to get from a to b!!

Room was clean and suited us well. Staff was friendly and kind.

The room smelled a little bit like smoke- we’re non-smokers and could tell the difference.

Don't offer ear plugs for the noise from outside. As we opted out room upgrade .
