Not easy to find the entry into the garage

The location is convenient, the bus station is right in front. The room is great, it has everything you would need. A small kitchen, microwave, a refrigerator. The bathroom is spacious and the wardrobe is big enough as well. The TV works great with Chromecast. The gym is very small, it has a running machine, an elliptical machine, the rowing machine, one strength machine with different options, and a bench. I wish it had a cycle machine, but it is enough for a workout. Overall, very good hotel room.

Everything was good overall. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the balcony was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The only point that could be improved is the breakfast — the selection was quite limited.

Very clean, modern and cozy apartment. Good location - Lidl is round the corner, the bus stop is just across the street. Great value for money. Free parking. The hotel also provided free transport cards which was a great perk. Super friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again if I had to return to Geneva

I’d prefer to have more spacious kitchen

Had a room on top floor with a terrace the view was amazing the room was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults.

Clean and comfortable rooms with a convenient little kitchen. Easy public transportation to airport and downtown area.

The most appreciated thing for me was the hotel providing transport voucher for all of my stay, right from the airport. This voucher covered all (multiple) journeys round the city and back to the airport.

There was nothing to complain about this apartment to be candid, except for lack of amenities around such as restaurants or grocery stores.

Friendly staff, clean property. Good location just beside the bus stop and a huge supermarket beside it.

The room cleaner used my hair brush while cleaning the room, I know because there was long black hairs left when I have very short hair.

Set up, location, rooms and parking

Great location. Close to the airport. The bus stop is right across from the hotel. Direct line to the main attractions.The staff are amazing! The views from the rooftop are breathtaking.I would definitely come back again ?

Everything was very good, except the room was very warm and the temperature could not be lowered below 20C while at the same time the window was fixed to only open about 10 cm wide. Dog-friendly, and very nice staff

Room is of good size. Beautiful view from the third floor (see pictures from the window). The glass window takes up a whole wall of the room with beautiful view of nature extending to the far away mountains. Curtains fully close off the light when you sleep. Bed: big and comfortable. Responsive staff. Excellent location: big grocery store beside the hotel and a coop a short walk a way. Decent café and restaurants near by (very short walk) in the beautiful village across the street. Safe area. Buses right in front of the hotel to the airport and Cornavin, and you can take connecting buses to other places. Room is cleaned every day. Fridge, microwave and cooker available in small kitchenette which also has convenient cutlery. Bathroom clean and everything functions well. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

The property was pristinely clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower hot.

The location was not as near the airport as I thought. Though there is a good bus system in the city and a bus stop directly in front of thw hotel, the stress of figuring out the exchanges was not what I was expecting. It was about 30 minutes to the airport and 40 minutes to downtown by bus.

The staff was very helpful, location was easy to find, beds were comfortable, and the room was perfectly cleaned. Public transport was also just a few steps away. The apartment has also a private parking as mentioned in the description. Lidle store was also close. A perfect place to stay.

It’s a little far from city Centre, by Geneva standards

We are happy and appreciate very much, Email sent ahead welcoming , sending free transit cards and answering how to reach hotel from airport, also sending leaflet how to enjoy our stay & journey.Welcoming cheerful staff on arrival, quick check in answering all questions, generous (chocolate) ??....arranged, reserved and confirmed our pick up taxi at 4:30 am as requested. Cleanliness, well equipped kitchenette, neat bathroom & spacious.Everthing is great ....lidl just Infront, coop & migros almost one station far...Coffee machine & kettle were great, the fridge is super...etc

We really feel sorry for bad experience, On the 19th Sep. early morning at about 4 o'clock, receptionist lady lacked experience to assist us in an emergency case, as the room safe got blocked when I tried my pin code to open it, room 221. Manager did not answer at once. She was unable to understand that we will miss our flight as she told us to wait for one hour to be able to solve the problem. Almost after 3 calls with the manger, at last, he gave her release digits to open it. The property met our expectations Except for the safe.

The price compared to the facilities. Good bed, good bathroom, small kitchenette, lots of clothes space. Good noice isolation. LIDL supermarket as a neighbor.

A bit far from the center, 30 min, but very easy acces to bus. Bus station right in front with direct bus to city center. There is no ventilation system and for mid august it was hot in the room.
