Location was far from city center and breakfast was self made and breakfast items were out of stock

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and quite large. I had a balcony. The coffee was good.

It was above a bar. The music was incredibly loud and went on until early morning. I couldn’t sleep until about 2am. The walls are thin and you can hear people talking next door.

The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked the self-service breakfast approach, which gave it a homely feel.The bathroom needs a bit of redesign. Using the shower would result in water spillage into the bathroom, but the drainage was not satisfactory; meaning the floor would remain wet unnecessarily. Despite this limitation, it was a very comfortable place!

I like the fact that it has a full kitchen and it’s located walking distance from the company I was visiting

The staff responded very prompt when I han an issue with the bathroom draining and the problem was solved the next day.

Problems with the bathroom drain (toilet and shower drains were clogged)

Breakfast was good, maybe some more instructions to be let for people not used with such circumstances. Fridge is small and overloaded - I was not sure if this is someone's food or hotel supplies for visitors.

Well, an adapter for power cables for EU equipment would be a useful bonus.

Breakfast was basic

No one about. bit remote but it was a night visit. Confusion over parking which meant a couple of hours worrying whether your car was going to be towed away as email stated a parking slip would be left in the room but was not in there

The room was spotlessly clean, breakfast included in the price and the accommodation was well connected with the city centre by tram or buses. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants around, so getting something to eat is not an issue even though the property is located in an industrial area.

All sounds from other rooms and corridors carry through the walls really well, seems like there is no soundproofing at all, so the light sleepers might need earplugs.

Good sized room with a well stocked breakfast room. Close to a tram stop which made it easy to travel into the centre of Geneva. The check in instructions were clear.

There is very little signage and it was difficult to find the entrance initially.

The location is nice, with good restaurants in the area, but it’s good to mention the place is in an industrial location. Check-in and out is easy, 100% by yourself and works great.

It was not really clean, mainly the bed. The sheets were not nice at all. The bathroom is old and it’s really different in comparison with the room that looks modern. Not a great selection of channels either.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Tram to the city reachable in 2 minutes

Breakfast was very restricted, no more bread, no more eggs and nobody to contact (because it is a fully self service concept) ! Very disapointed.

Location was excellent because it was just a few minutes away from the venue where we attended a wedding. But this is of course personal. It's located on a business park so I'd guess most guests would be visiting a business located there. Room was well equipped modern and functional.

Location was a half hour tram ride out of the centre. However, the tourist pass meant it was free :-) Breakfast DIY but plenty provided in a very beautiful kitchen! You DO get sent the code to get in, along with the digital guest pass, which can be used straight from the station.

The milk and juice in the fridge. wasn't labelled when it was opened, so we didn't risk it! Other food was wrapped and all with a long date on it :-)

The room was clean and the sheets had a very nice fresh smell. I really liked the fabric softener they used for the towels and sheets, it had a very nice odor. The shower pressure was excellent. I really appreciated the nice kitchen layout where you could find everything you needed to make breakfast. I didn't have any expectations being that it's a place to stay in an industrial zone but I was pleasantly surprised on the aesthetics of the room and kitchen.

Location

Very basic and old for more than 100chf

Quiet, near a tram station, reasonable breakfast, cooking facilities.

The rubbish was not removed from the kitchen for all the 4 days I stayed.

Be aware - do not expect a hotel - this is a room and you have to go to another building for a small dirty kitchen where you can make your own breakfast... but at 8.00 there was hardly any food left. Only dry bread and eggs, but no ham/cheese/normal spreads etc. Also have to deal with noisy other guests. Just so you are aware of this.
