Novotel Suites Geneve Aeroport

It was cheaper and near the airport

There was no airport shuttle and it could have been a little cleaner

The location near the airport was very convenient. Also located in front of a mall is convenient too.

No shuttle service or breakfast included.

Friendly staff, easy transport to and from the hotel. Big shopping centre just opposite

Great staff, really helpfull, polite and knowledgeable. Awesome location near bus stop to airport and city center, there is amll across the street with many stores, food court and super market.

Very clean, spacious room.

Breakfast is pricey

It was clean and in a great location by the airport and the mall with a food court and an on-site bistro.

The location is perfect because the bus stop for the airport is near (you get a free bus pass) and there is a shopping mall with food restaurants

Nothing. It was all good

Location was good.

Bad smell in hallways. Parking was pricey.

The location, the room , there is AC

There is a bad smell when we enter the room , you have to take your bags by your self

Very spacious and close the tram/bus stop, as well as the mall. The employees are all welcoming.

We always stay here whenever we visit Geneva, so we know the place, but sometimes, we find that it’s not cleaned properly.

Excellent breakfast, huge choice, fresh and very delicious. Served from 6am, bonus for early flights. Clean and large rooms.

The rooms are very clean. The bed is comfortable. There is a good connections with the city transport. Quiet hotel.

The furniture is little old fashion. The breakfast is not on the line with 4 stars hotel.

It was close to the airport. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable.

The room we stayed in looked like they added a trailer home bathroom as an after thought. It was raised and made out of some fiberglass stuff. Toilet was by the entry door and the shower was by the bed. It was extremely awkward.

nice hotel better than other novotel in bern

breakfast was very busy, less staff and need to wait for plates and food to be refilled

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the reception staff were extremely helpful. The location is perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back again and again, God willing.

Every thing was excellent staff, food, room, parking and location

The staff friendly and assisting also location from the airport was easy and the bus ride into tow was also easy

Location and convinence

It was right by the airport and very clean and comfortable

The walls were thin and I could hear the neighbors, but thankfully they were quiet and respectful at bedtime

Location near the airport

Over priced, Space of Bathrooms and lack of concierge services

Not impressed. The room was fine. But it’s not that convenient to the airport - you still have to take a bus or tram for several stops, and then walk and cross streets to get to the hotel. Not great in bad weather and/or with luggage. The restaurant is closed on the weekend, and there’s no lobby lounge or coffeemaker or nearby cafe. So it doesn’t have amenities for leisure, but doesn’t have the convenience for a stopover, either. The staff were very nice and the place was clean and fairly comfortable, but overall it was poorly set up and is not convenient.
