Great location, very clean and environmentally friendly.

Spotless rooms with excellent facilities. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Location very close to tram stop and bus stops for easy access to the city and the airport.

Loved the high ceilings. Very new. Loved the living room space and large bathroom.

Our apartment was so nice, I didn't want to leave. Very helpful, friendly staff, rooms well equipped, all the kitchen bits you need to make a roast if you want to! Power shower was amazing, lots of free toiletries! (I know we pay for these in the price) TV easy to use and breakfast... well, there was a great selection so couldn't try it all but cooked breakfast was pretty good and everything else looked good too! Definitely recommend.

Extremely clean, Receptionists were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely book this place again. Price was okay because we got an upgrade from booking.com.

The room was so impressive. Spacious, clean, had everything we needed.. Far exceeded our expectations. Staff lovely and helped immediately when we had a problem with our electrics

They forgot to clean our room so it was only cleaned once in the whole week and the rubbish was never taken out

I gave specific instructions to the reception about cleaning services which were not transmitted to housekeeping.

The room is enormous, and the bathroom is as well. The place is about 5 minutes from the airport, and by tram, it is 20 minutes to reach the city.This is my 2nd time with them, not the last, of course.Staff is so friendly and lovely, specially Halima.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it was well appointed. The place was very clean and the beds were comfy. Overall, nothing to complain about. The parking situation looks far at first, but while you're driving a ways to get there, you end up below the hotel so it's quite easy. Overall, would stay again.

For some, this may be too far from the city center, but there are tramways right across the street.

Very nice hotel for Geneva

Locations is a bit far from the city or even UN No signs on where to meet Uber/park (there is official exit/entrance) and garage that can be reached from the road

Really modern, clean, lots of great facilities including a sauna! The room was lovely and the receptionists always very helpful and friendly.

It was quite far from the centre, though the tram goes directly. The area is modern and upcoming, but not much is open. I understand this will change in the upcoming months though! And the breakfast was nice but could have included more fruit, nuts etc.

It is a very nice apartment hotel with a sauna and a little gym. They gave me a free bus and tram ticket for my stay.

Lovely small appartment with everything you might need. Even dishwasher and washing maschine. Nice and comfortable. Definitely a good choice.

Constant noise of airconditioning that you can't turn off.First night I was cold but after telling receptionist in the morning, she adjusted the temperature from her computer and it was fine afterwards.

When I arrived it was my birthday and the lovely staff accomadated to my needs. They kindly provided me fruits and cookies and complementary champagne with a lovely card! Hotel staff were so lovely and nice ! Also the breakfast was really good ! 1000% worth the price. So close to the trams which I used as my main method of public transport for my solo trip. It is also less than a 5 min drive to the airport and the hotel kindly provided me with a transport card for freee so I was able to travel and explore Geneva during my trip.

The only con I would give would be the taxis but I don’t believe this is the hotels fault. So booking a taxi the Ubers would not park directly outside the Uber you have to walk down abit and I was wearing heels so it was abit difficult.

Clean, good location near tram stop. Very friendly approachable staff. Shuttle bus to and from the airport.

the staff were friendly helpful, the size of the room was good, lobby area was good and car park available in the hotel but its not free to the guest the facility in the room is good for family, with kids, very close to city centre ( 10 min ) and very close to airport ( 15min ) there is a big supermarket next to the hotel ( Liddle supermarket )which was behind the hotel and it is only 5 min walk from the hotel and reasonable price

car park not free to the guest although its huge car park and it is almost empty, so i think it should be free to the guest as the rent for the room was higher than other hotel

Modern, quiet, clean, well equipped, close to tram and bus stops (including a direct bus to the airport), very nice staff.

No coffee in the room.
