Very poor check-in and zero...

The checking was totally unmanned and we had to scan our passport to gain access to our key. The passport scanner did not work so had to manually add all the data which took 20mins with no one to ask for help.Once we had our key from the machine, we made our way to our room where we only had 1 pillow that was very uncomfortable with no one to ask for an additional one.

Excellent reception staff and the location near tram stop is perfect. Hotel tranfers to airport also worked really well.

Kettle was missing so had to ask twice and was charged for a small cup of fresh milk to take to the room

Proximity to the airport and good connection to cern as well as city center, clean and comfortable room.

Location was brilliant and close to train& bus station. All staff were very welcoming and professional, giving good advice about trips and visiting the area. Hotel has a traditional charm and was very clean. Beds were so comfortable…We ate in the restaurant and the evening meal was delicious. Good selection at breakfast , continental style with a warm buffet. I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Well done team Krebs

Great staff, great hotel, convenient close to the airport. Well equipped rooms and nice facilities in general.

Lovely stay, the airport shuttle was a perfect addition. There were a few restaurants very close by as well as some entertainment options. It was also great to have the city pass transport card in advance so we could explore Geneva too. Breakfast was fabulous we were well rested

I was particularly upset about the fact that the SPA was closed for maintenance during our stay and we haven’t received any prior notification about it. For me it having a sauna at the hotel was a key criteria for choosing it (because I need sauna desperately after skiing trip). So if I was informed in advance with the ability to rebook for another hotel I would have done that. In the future I will not choose this hotel because of the lack of communication. In addition, the extra sleeping space in junior suites (suitable for children), is extremely uncomfortable. The couch that is supposed to provide an extra place to sleep is so bad, and so inconvenient when expanded that even for my 4.5 daughter it was not ideal. WiFi requires you to register and the process is long and tedious. Never completed it.TVs don’t have smart TV option. No way to watch Netflix or Apple TV. Just a poor list of channels. Plus, I never understand the hotels that don’t provide slippers for customers.

Very clean, nice rooms, kind staff.

This hotel is convenient to/from the airport. Staff is friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the mattress and pillows are comfortable. The price is affordable and so the hotel is acceptable for a single night due to its convenient location to the airport.

This hotel is in a food desert and this is made worse by the hotel restaurant which has a meager selection at prices that amount to highway robbery even for Switzerland...and we are Swiss! The sheets feel terrible like they were bleached and starched hard...not comfortable! The fact that the hotel has wellness is a plus, sadly the heat is not properly regulated so the damp sauna is a very hot steam bath where you practically cook.

Free airport shuttle service, location 5 minutes from airport and close enough city center with tram. Tram and bus stops are very close to the hotel. Good breakfast.

Only air condition. We want more temperature but system allow max 3 degree up or down.

The size of the rooms were great . We had 2 adjoining rooms so we were very comfortable. The staff were excellent and we really enjoyed the spa, great proximity to the airport and the shuttle is quite frequent.

Great location. Loved the transportation passes. Reception staff very nice. Not sure why they need your passport info. Good showers.

One regular and one decaf coffee packet in room. No housekeeping staff when checked in to resolve issue. Restaurant was out of several things on menu. Bedding and pillows are strange. No top sheet.

Breakfast was good, offering both cold and hot options. The location was easy to navigate, and the proximity to the airport was a bonus with the transfer service. All the staff were very friendly.

The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. I asked for an extra blanket to make it softer, but it didn’t help. Adding a mattress topper could make a big difference.It would be great if the TV included streaming services like Netflix.

I travel a lot and this is my favourite place to stay when I am in Geneva: super convenient, well designed, polite and efficient service, comfortable, great value for money.

Location was great, close to airport. Loved that breakfast and shuttle to airport were included. Very clean, spacious and well appointed bathroom. Highly recommend.
