B&B Hotel Geneva Airport

It's my second time in the hotel. It is comfortable, there is a nice atmosphere and breakfast is great. The location is wonderful - close to public transportation as well as the airport.

Everything was good.

Small rooms, but with a good layout. Only the essentials but exactly as described. Staff are wonderful and do their best to be accommodating.

The fact that there were no phones in the room to call downstairs when I had any issues was a problem. I had to go downstairs every time from the 7th floor. There should be phones in the room. Also the cleaning staff left trash in my room. Coffee isnt replenished in the room I had to request that. The room was always so cold I could not get enough heat. I had to keep complaining. There was false advertisement with the Netflix. You have to use an existing Netflix account which i tried but casting to the TV was another issue. I couldn't use the TV because the screen saver "b&b" kept coming on. It was just a waste having a TV I could not use

Excellent location in close proximity to the airport but also on the tramline which meant easy access to the city and tourist spots.

I had an old car without GPS. I had a hard time finding the hotel. I asked the girl at the reception for a map or that she would explain how to reach the hotel from the airport. She became very unfriendly and did not provide any help.

it is a very simple room. There are a few very small cups in the room... There is hard-to-find staff to help in the lobby if we need something, except the busy counter, which has no time for you at all.

Lovely staff, well-run and quiet hotel. I felt comfortable leaving my luggage there for the afternoon after I checked out. Free airport shuttle service is good - though note that nominally it only allows one suitcase per traveller. Location convenient for public transport.

The room felt very boxy - small floor area and blank walls (no art), somewhat leavened by high ceilings. No hand towel. Poor bathroom design - poor ventilation/drainage, water pools over most of the floor, only 2 hooks located in shower area, so reaching the towel to dry your hands means getting wet feet. The TV stopped working early evening (internet connection failed) and couldn't be revived for the rest of the stay. Breakfast was pretty hotel-average-minus.

Simple clean hotel which is well located and excellent value for money. Good breakfast especially for price in Switzerland. Great hotel shuttle pickup that's free to and from airport as needed

It would be good to refill coffee without a reminder and also put some tea in the room.

Fantastic location , clean and comfortable.

Access to airport was very good. The shuttle ran every 20 minutes, and from very early hours. Clean, spacious, with good facilities.

Was very clean, staffs were amazing.

Its never warm despite changing rooms. Slept cold and woke up with an extremely dry nose. Also, consider room slippers

No cleaning of the room for 3 days.. didn’t even pick trash or changed towel.. no hand soap in the dispenser for 2 days., notified reception at checkout

Pretty new hotel. Quiet inside (despite being close to the airport). Free shuttle bus to and from the airport (5 minutes). Tram stop is just across the street. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The hotel provided free shuttle bus, but I tried a single-way walk, 30 mins to the terminal.

The room is very small, no much space to stand if you bring 2 luggages.

Room was spacious and clean. Great for an early plane trip from GVA

Airport is close but not walking distance, no real issue since they have transport in case you don't have a car.
