New facility with friendly staff! Very nice rooms and a very good breakfast.

Nothing much to mention. A little bit away from the centre, but anyway close to the best brewery in town.

The restaurant was closed in the evening but there was a good restaurant about 10 minutes walk away.

Good business hotel rooms are jsut for short staybreakfast okno complains but i would not book this for private leisure, but for business tay it is fine

Building is just 2 floors and has no elevator. Be ready to get your bags upstairs ? or write in comments that you prefer 1st floor

I've stayed here a couple of times. It's clean, nicely decorated, a good buffet breakfast and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Everything perfect. Even parking lot ( closed and monitored ) where we saw our motobikes directly from the hotel room

Very good washing quality of towels. Very good parking with night gate and parking surveillance. Simple and very clean room. Single room for €35,- per night with very good breakfast is top price in this border area between Czech Republic and East Germany.

Absolutely zero noise isolation. You will hear very intensively air fan from the bathroom of your neighbours. You will hear all what they are talking about and which TV channel they are watching now. You will be waked up at 02:00 AM by strong noise of late coming guests (specially children) There is very bad noise damping in the hall and floor corridor and in the room as well. You will hear each opening and closing of door like a gun shot. The room doors have a zero sound insulation and aren't suitable for an installation to the hotel. The doors hits noisily and hard the door frames and the obsolete door lock system with 2-steps locking (no hotel chip-card with silent unlocking) is also extremely noisy during unlocking and locking the doors. The room walls and floor halls are an acoustic amplifier. The rooms on the ground floor with windows to the parking lot are probably the worst booking option, because in the summer is nice to be having windows opend but coming cars will shine with power LED headlights directly in to your bed. Again €33,- per night is still very good deal.

The whole hotel looks very new. Our room is very clean and the breakfast is also full of different choices.We are very satisfied!

Brand new hotel with great design and beautiful pictures, very close to national Park. Awesome breakfast and friendly stuff. This hotel could be easily 4 star.
