Pros +

Proximity to Olympic rowing venue, restaurants, train station, as well as easy hotel experience
The staff members were all very friendly and professional from the time we arrived until we checked out.The parking was free for guests and the area seemed safe. The hotel is very close to the train station and shopping, which was a huge plus.
A quick 10-min ride on the RER to Disneyland. Massive Carefour supermarket, and plenty of eateries, within 5 min walk. For the price paid, we were satisfied.

Cons -

Half was under renovation, but did not impact us
Our room felt like a sauna! The description said a/c in rooms, which was important since the temp. was close to 100 degrees. We were offered a small fan and told the hotel has never offered a/c, but hopes to.We opened the window and it feel out onto my son.
Room was cramped, lacked any character. The hotel could easily gain on its proximity to Disneyland, but instead is stale and without any real comforts or taste.
