Very clean room, near a outdoor restaurant area, so plenty of areas to eat.

Parking garage is pretty tight. Area right around the train station is a little rough.

Booked for 2 nights but due to my daughter's sudden illness only stayed 1 night & they could not credit me for the night because I booked online, not even the breakfast I prepaid at check-in. Also, didn't like that the bathroom only had 2 towels for 5.

Clean room, good staff & receptionist, great location (very near station).

Tiny room (will annoy you if you have a lot of luggage mainly).No kettle in room to be able to do hot drinks whenever needed.But both mainly did not affect our stay or comfort.

- way too cold in the room in January, turning heat up did not help much because the Windows don't have a good insulation- check-in time is now at 2pm, if you want to check in earlier it's 15€ extra- luggage storage is free, but not very secure

Great location, 3 minutes walk from the train station (10 minutes ride to Disney). Hotel was clean, parking was free and easy. Breakfast was adequate. Had a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant across the street. I would stay there again.

It was the perfect location for visitors to the parks with a very short ride to and from Disney, and right next to the train station.

Clean, good cost, close to restaurants.

Would have liked more pillows and some hand towels. The soap container is hard to press, not a good idea especially for older people or those that have arthritis, so not user friendly. No conditioner, no telephone…

No parking available when arriving at 10pm. No tea making facilities in the room. Noisy trains given close proximity to the RER station and poor noise insulation.

Near the bus/metro station a very plus point. Resto ang grocery store nearby. Clean facility. They clean everyday. Not noisy at all in the 5th floor. Recommended!

Hotel is generally OK, but be ready for noise from nearby rail.

The room was just fine except that it was on the side to commuter railway. This was a problem during nights.

It is very near to the station, the place is comfortable, clean, and the breakfast is great. Staff are all so nice too. This is really a great deal, great value for money.

The location to the train station was perfect, exactly what we needed.

The toilet was not cleaned when we entered the room, there was human waste still smeared in it and when we asked to move rooms as we were concerned the rest of the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, the man on reception was very nonchalant about it and said there was nothing that could be done and that the most he could offer was a complimentary breakfast one morning which wasn’t compatible with our schedule. We tried to speak to a manager the next morning but nobody was there and no staff apologized or tried to help. We had to ask for something to clean the toilet with and were given hand soap. It was truly disgusting and the customer service was appalling.

The staff Mohannad was super rudeI was there on my birthday for disney land and i arrived 3 pm found that the bed has hairs on it and it’s not clean i kindly requested from him to get bed sheets changed and he said no it’s cleanI clearly explained there is hairs and he mentioned hairs aren’t something bad it’s normal !!! I told him even the toilet isn’t clean he started laughing and mentioned you won’t sleep there !!!He told me if i don’t like the room i can leave it’s non refundable anyways !!I tried canceling but it’s non refundable and was very late to book something else He literally ruined my day while he could’ve assisted changing bedsheets or even roomHorrible stay and they treat you as if they paid for you not you’re a customer!!Never recommend
