Conveniently located near public transport, free parking, clean, near pharmacy and grocery stores, staff helpful, 3 stops from Disneyland on the metro and near the station. Safe.

Lighting in the bathroom to do my personal care. Recommend adding a mirror with retractable arm for up close needs such as applying makeup and shaving. Couldn't do my face because lighting cast a shadow which sounds vain but for some it's important.

It's clean and the room is new. Comfortable bed. Morning staff on 20th of november were all nice and friendly.

The staff when we check in on the 19th of November at around 2300 was very rude, asking us to pay an amount of 90 euro by card which we asked him nicely if we could pay by cash since we don't bring a card for paris with euro because we will just stay there for 1 day and this staff was telling us that he will refuse to give us the room if we will not pay by card. The said amount for deposit wasn't mentioned during booking and he was insisting it was mentioned. Very rude person. We checked in at 12 am but alot of comotion happened before he lets us to check in. We were just few hours before check out and he stresses us alot. Other than that everything went well.

The breakfast was great surprise. Room was large and clean

Location is amazing. Great restaurants nearby as well as a local supermarket. Train station is also a 3 minute walk. Three stops and you are in Disney Land. Torcy was a great area with lots of culture. Staff were friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room daily. Basic rooms but is very clean.

Breakfast was way too bland. I was there for 3 nights and did not bother eating it after the first day. Rooms are basic and need a bit of repair in places but you get what you pay.

Easy to go to Paris (30 min) or Disney (15 min)Airco was working good

The neighborhood is not very nice. Don't leave bikes on bike rack in car parking. Another guest had bike stolen.No towels replaced although dirty were taken. Had to ask 4 times for new towels.No kitchen towel for dishes.

There are many restaurant nearby.

In the first day, the staff is nice. However the key of the room did not work and the drain in the bathroom was clogged. Until the second day, the key did not work. The third day, there is no towels in the room and when we asked them, the receptionist said only left 2 towel and we need 4. He said no towel anymore and he said that without any apologize for that.

When we entered room it was quite clean until we saw surprise during the night

We checked in after midnight went to sleep and then during the night a wake up when i felt that somebody moving on me , I turned on lights and it was bed bucks and it wasn`t just one all bed was fully infected with them, my wife is pregnant and she couldn`t sleep after that 6am we had to leave room as it was dangerous to stay in, I said on reception that it was terrible night showed pictures of bed bucks in a room, said that I want full refund for it , receptionist said he doesn`t know how to do it but at 15.00 will come manager and refund will be issued, after that over 2 weeks passed already of course still no refund and property just ignores me, had to make complaint through booking.com now it says that refund was initiated but that`s already over a week like that! My advice AVOID THIS PROPERTY IF YOU DON`T WANT be beaten by bed bucks and also bring them in to your house!

Hotel was basic, but functional and comfortable. Exactly what we needed as somewhere to sleep after driving to Paris, and before heading to Disney early the following morning

Location to train station. That is it.

Sketchy location. Lots of rough sleepers. Pickpockets, rough people in general hanging around the hotel. Terrified leaving the hotel to go out for food or anything.Hotel stank of sewage. Bedrooms where the exact same stank of sewage. Small , dirty and dingy. Didn't eat in hotel as i got it hard to sleep there let alone eat.

Terrible smell from the drains in the bathroom, we were only staying one night so it was bearable but would have had to move rooms if we stayed any longer.

Great location! It is close to the train station and a lot of different restaurants. Room itself was clean.

The smell of the bathroom was extremely bad. Not even a full air freshener could make a dent in this foul smell..

We stayed for one night on a stop over to Disneyland. The property was okay but I wouldn’t stay again. The breakfast was good!

I was disappointed on entering as it appeared to be quite run down. The hallways and lifts were in need of great repair. The room and particularly the bathroom really smelled. I didn’t want to unpack my suitcase out of fear this would stick to my fresh clothes.

Convenient to the station.

Works going on in the hotel. Noisy.

Facilities were nice and confortable, simple but good breakfast, this was very near from disney metro point, just some meters walking, lots of restaurants and supermarket, if i go to disney again i will be there also.

Excellent location, friendly staff, very good value for money

It is a little run down in places. No hairdryer (although this is not noted as present in the room facilities, so not really a surprise). Biggest bug bear was a slight smell of drains from the shower, but as this was a small part of an otherwise good stay, was forgivable

Big rooms with a kitchen, convenient location close to Disneyland.

Breakfast is not allergy friendly. We informed the hotel when we booked and again at check-in, but there were no alternatives for dairy allergy and gluten intolerance. Also, there was a loud noise all night, maybe from a boiler in the kitchen? We stayed here twice, in two different rooms and experienced the same noise in both rooms.

We booked for 2 nights, first thoughts were oh no where have we booked but the Man on reception was lovely and everyone friendly. The room was clean and tidy and have everything we needed.

The property needs some upgrading, panels missing in the lift and holes in the ceiling when walking the corridors. I believe some work was happening while we were there.

Cardboard on floor of lift / masking tape and some kind of fabric around the bottom half of inside of lift / roof panels in corridors missing with wires hanging down.
