We arrived late at night and the town was very quiet. The location was fine. Parking garage was fine. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. So, overall, we made a good choice.

A little expensive. We had to stay in the area, so we had to pay, but even though it is a clean hotel, the price for what it offers, location and everything, was a little much. Anyway, we knew it, we took it.

Very clean space with amazing amenities. Parking was easy and made transferring luggage's easy as well.

The staff insisted on me to cancel my prepaid rooms extension on Booking to book directly from their hotel, unfortunately this caused me a lot of troubles and unnecessary headache with the payment later, so basically they ruined 2 days of my holiday The breakfast is below average and its same everyday, its also finish very early for usNo kettle, no phone in the rooms, no room dining service Self check in was hectic since we arrived at night and it was so dark, even the gate was not clear at the beginning

There was no privacy in the bathroom.I was given a room with 2 single beds!! Enough for a teenager not more.Small room

Shower is a terrible design!We had water all over our floor as did our friends!

Super clean, quiet, modern, comfortable rooms with private balconies.

Too far from Thun center to walk there, but busses are available and an Uber ride is quick.Bathrooms in the new wing are a bit awkward for all but intimate couples.

The staff are very friendly and explain all the important details during check in.The coffee,sweets,chocolates and water provided at the hotel lobby was great to start the day with.The location is superb with the frequent bus connection to Thun train station.The bus stop is just within short walking distance from hotel entrance. Overall all are great and its a very pleasant stay.

The hotel breakfast has limited choice of food and the restaurant’s staff can be more friendly to make the guest feel more welcome

Self check-in a bit cumbersome

The staff at checking was not helpful at all. Waited so long for the checkin. And the process was not satisfying. The room was not the type we chose and she refused to change to the right room for us. The room had strong smell of cigarettes.

The design of the room, the bed and the bedding.

There were many flies in the shower area. In my opinion this is not the case in the other rooms or in general because everything else was very clean and tidy.

Couldn't fault this hotel

Clean, modern hotel with secure parking and really efficient self check in system. Bed comfortable, room quiet and bathroom modern. Enjoyable stay and good nights sleep.

I'm usually quick to find faults with hotel rooms but can't think of any suggestions for improvement with this one. Maybe better signage to car park entrance would help if coming from one direction as we parked in the wrong place at first but not much of an issue.

We were there for 5 nights. Very modern hotel. The room with the balcony was nice, quiet with very comfortable beds; there is an air con which was much needed after the long hikes in the sun; the staff were very polite, hospitable and informative; the self check-in procedure was simple and straight forward (except that you had to look for the self check in location); the restaurant attached to the hotel was good (but quite expensive). They did leave us 2 tokens to get a discount for one visit to the restaurant. Parking is in the basement, CHF 10 per day and has points for eclectic cars (did not use but saw them). There is a bus stop right outside the hotel where one can get a bus to Thun riverside and station (15min). The Thun Visitor Card provided by the hotel can be used for free travel in the bus. This visitor card does not offer as many freebees as compared to the the Lucern Visitor Card.

There are no coffee / tea machines, refrigerator or glasses in the room - these are located in the communal area near the reception. One had to dress up and walk there to get a beverage (hoping that no one sees you in poor attire first thing in the morning!) and get it back to your room. Besides, if I picked a nice bottle of wine to sit in the balcony there was no way to keep it chilled except for going to the restaurant and asking for an ice bucket and glasses. I did go and ask for a glass though to mix my med that need to be diluted. The bathroom is bizzare - it's 'open plan'. Walk in to a doorless bathroom space that has a long counter with the basin in the centre and hand wash pinned to the wall at a stretchable distance! The WC and the shower are partitioned are located behind the basin with a half, semi frosted glass sliding door. So, either the shower remains open or the WC depending on which one is in use. This is good for a single occupant but leaves no scope for intimacy if there are 2. Needless to say, being an open plan it's disturbing (esp if sleeping) if any one of the occupants uses the bathroom. PS there are no hooks to hang towels in or outside the shower cubicle. There are no hooks at all. There are railings for the towels at one end of the bathroom. Not sure if it's just us that felt this way about this modern interior design. There are just one or two restaurants close by, none that I would ever visit (still need a car) if you don't want to eat in the hotel's restaurant and many small (at the petrol stations) and large (that close by 6pm) grocery stores. This hotel is located between a residential and industrial area very far from the main tourist attractions in and around Interlaken. It perhaps caters more to the professionals visiting the area for work reasons.
